Generally not a pleasant experience Concierge not professional messed up with a few booking details needing management for help Luggage department and doormen are friendly and take security seriously which is good Room is kind of old as shown in picture and oh The pool has a lot of dead flies For the amount of money definitely overpriced

Best value for the money and even better if you are going to go deep sea fishing for Marina is right out front. Also walking distance to everything for those not going deep sea fishing.

We were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !

El hotel, sus comodidades y restaurantes son increíbles, pero las personas que lo atienden son totalmente desinteresados y nada amables con los huespedes, en especial el restaurante OYSTER fueron irrespetuosos.

The room we reserved was not available at check-in. We arrived three hours prior to check-in and they held our luggage while we waited and walked around town. When we returned, the room was not ready and they couldn't tell us when it would be ready. They only offered us a lesser room and no apologies. The room we did get was not clean. My wife's feet were black from walking barefoot in the room.

Great location in the CSL Marina walkable to dining, shopping, gourmet supermarket. The staff at the hotel try to pressure you into a 90-minute tour of the vacation club (which they insist isn't a time share presentation but it is), and then act offended when you say no, but just keep saying no.

Average hotel. Not good value. Too expensive for what it offers. Similar hotels in the area cost 200 per night. That was 400 for no reason
