私はこの街に一晩滞在しましたが、あまり施設を楽しめませんでした。朝食の種類は少なく、駐車場は無料、小型犬の1泊の追加料金はありません。スタッフは熱心に問題を解決します。

大2部屋と小2部屋は小さめで、4人で泊まるには少し狭いです。近くにガソリンスタンドはありますが、スーパーは少し離れており、外食するのには不便です。ここのお店はとても早く閉まります。

We stayed here while visiting the DDay beaches. It was very very hot. We arrived at 3pm, were given our keys and arrived at a room that was not made up and smelled of cigarettes. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. I complained to a staff member and they just shrugged and said that some people don’t respect the rules. We were shown to another room. This room was average overall. It was certainly tired and it wasn’t the 4 star standard I had been expecting. The air conditioning was poor and would not change temperature on the thermostat. It was very hot. Wifi was strong, with english news channels on the television. The hotel is not far from centre of Caen. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. I am vegan and there was only one dish. A veggie bowl. Literally a bowl of chopped up vegetables, with no flavour. They really need to look at their offering in this area. Vegans have tastebuds and need to eat too.

Pretty standard Novotel but in a great location for getting around. Good parking in a quiet area. Good tram service nearby to Caen. What makes this place stand out is the exceptional staff, friendly, efficient and helpful. Restaurant good and bar comfortable.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted! It was welcoming, friendly, efficient and clean. The rooms were plenty large and clean, and newly decorated. The breakfast was great - plenty of variety and choice, all great quality. We had dinner in the hotel for 3 nights. It was freshly cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. Stefan served us and made us very welcome. All staff were friendly and very competent. Its location was perfect for us. Easy from the port. The tram is very close for getting into Caen so you don’t need to drive. Close to the roads to visit the D-day beaches and other historic sites. We had no complaints and would return

Stayed here for four nights when doing a Battlefield tour with a group. Stayed on the ground floor. Lovely large room wit good bathroom. Large shower cubicle. Breakfast was extremely good. pastries, bacon, sausages, scramble eggs, water to boil eggs, hot plate to do a fried egg, breads, lovely preserves, fridge with cheese, meats, yogurts, fruit, toaster, fresh fruit juices and great machine for various coffees and tea. We were out all day but booked the restaurant for our evening meal. You could do a two or three course set meal. It’s was extremely reasonable even with drinks. There were issues with housekeeping due to staffing. This was fine as we do not need fresh towels daily. Did not use the pool but as hot and August it was being well used and enjoyed.

I went there with a group of us on motorcycles to do a tour of the WW2 sites. Great location, secure parking. Very clean rooms and good breakfast. Nice place to chill and unwind. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and fresh. Would highly recommend this place again.

Wot, no English language TV other than Euronews in a supposedly international hotel wanting overseas tourist visitors? First chain hotel I've visited in years that only caters for French- speaking guests. Very limited evening menu, but good breakfast.
