サービスも食事もとても素晴らしいです。部屋は快適で、十分に冷えないホテルの部屋とは異なり、必要に応じてエアコンが非常に冷えることもあります。誰もがとても礼儀正しく、どこにいてもマダム/サーとして迎えられます。ラウンジのサービスは申し分のないもので、アップグレードする価値があります。カクテルを飲みながら、素晴らしいサスネットの景色を眺めることができます。写真では伝わりません。ベン、ブライ、ジョー​​イ、レイに声をかけてください。特にサービスに満足した場合は、チップを残すことを忘れないでください。ラウンジは全て無料なので財布を取り出すのを忘れてしまいがちです。 そうは言っても、すべてがバラ色というわけではありません。ホテルは老朽化が進んでおり、おそらく改装が必要であると思われます。バスルームには頑固な水垢があり、タイルには霧/くすみの層があります。タオルの色も良くなってきました。 4階ダイニングの椅子に汚れがあります。確かに外観部分には改善の余地があります。私の滞在中にすでに照明と水道管の改善が行われていました。これらはお客様にご迷惑がかからない時間内に行われます。 改善点に関するコメントを見てこのホテルを試してみるのをやめないでください。このホテルは市内でもトップクラスのホテルの 1 つです。使い古されていても、清潔ではないという意味ではありません。

スムーズなチェックイン、ショッピングモールの隣の素晴らしいロケーション。フレンドリーなスタッフ！コンシェルジュから旅行を手配でき、喜んで予約してくれます。ベッドは快適で、枕は柔らかいです。 ACは完全に正常に動作しています。ただし、壁は防音ではありませんので、外の音は聞こえます。ケーブルチャンネルがあるのが嬉しい！全体的に滞在を満喫しました。

すてきな場所。絶好のロケーション、素晴らしいスタッフ、そして朝食はおいしかったです。プールやジムも充実。

SEDA CENTRIOでの滞在はとても楽しかったです。清潔なリネン、枕カバー、掛け布団、柔らかい枕のおかげで快適に眠れました。料理の種類も豊富でビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。

Everything was good even though we did not spend much time at the hotel. Breakfast choices of both filipino and western food was good. Hotel are attached to shopping malls with all you want. Transportation conveniently located even to the airport by using Grab app. Highly recommended. Would stay here again on my nest trip.

The room was average in size, hotel was very close to other restaurants. It’s a little old but the customer service is very good. The receptionist, Argen was very helpful in answering questions about Cagayan de Oro Tourist spots. Breakfast had lots of selection.

Upon check-in the counter, it takes 30 to 45mins for me to go inside the room. But the staff are very attending and the room is very clean. Location is good!

Very happy with our stay, staff very approachable and helpful, nice pool and gym. Breakfast was decent without being overwhelming. Nice rook and very comfy bed. Looking forward to out next stay here.
