Don’t pay attention to the fake photos on booking and other sites. They are photos of a couple upgraded rooms, so you may not be so lucky. Terrible service, they told us (family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children) that no reservations needed when we asked to reserve a suite over the phone. When we arrived, there were only rooms available. Mohamed at the front desk tried to overcharge us for a child. Rooms aren’t clean and you have to stand diagonally to use the sink, since it’s buried between the wall and the shower glass partition. We couldn’t stay for long and checked out the next day. In addition, we forgot a couple glasses inside the fridge and when we called at 8pm, we were told that they have no one to check the fridge and our non-consumables are probably thrown away. Never seen anything like this before.
