Never change any weekend for this place! Although the hotel looks nice first, after a few hours realize, it is not that place you really wanted to visit. The staff is of a low standard, poor service , whithout any concept. Cleaning is an important profession, a pity that it is not taught. Food quite okay (2 star level), the quality of wine and the selection is tragic and even expensive! (and they even ask for a lot of tap water too). And if you're bored, take part in a fire alarm exercise. No one will know what to do ...

Room was old and bad quality (photos attached). In the bath tube drains were blocked, water didnt go down, it was disgusting. Terrace door was broken. Wellness center is small, and nit nice at all. All sauna windows were dirty. Minibar was almost empty: 2 mineral water was in it. Overall bad experience, would not recommend itto anyone.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away. Points that can be improved: - it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room - during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled - the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones - the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out - the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often - the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect) Thank you for everything. I am sure we will be back.

The AC was so Bad, the temperature in the conference rooms was too hot (around 30 degrees celsius with high humidity) and even in the rooms does not worked well, the staff has stolen some of my meds. The reception was rude, because they tought we are just emloyees of the conference, not a normal guest.

We closed the year with 5 wellness day, and we choose the best place for this. The hotel has everything for a wellness holiday, good and healthy foods, nice personal, fantastic sauna team, thermal water, and quite rooms.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel und die Wellnessbereiche sind sehr schön. Wir hatten drei Massagen gebucht: Preis-Leistung einfach super. Das Zimmer (Premium-Suite) sehr geräumig und sauber. Für mich persönlich sind die Matratzen zu hart. Die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichlich und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Speisen am Abendbuffet dürften heißer sein - diese waren oft lauwarm. Die Getränke sind extra zu zahlen, was auch völlig in Ordnung ist - was uns jedoch gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass eine Servicegebühr draufgeschlagen wurde. Über Trinkgeld würden wir gerne selber entscheiden.

Charmantes etwas älteres Hotel im ungarischen Stil. Gutes Essen, Zimmer war sauber, Hoteltherme zu klein, zu laut, nicht wirklich was für uns… wir sind dann in die nahe gelegene Therme Bükfürdo gefahren, die wir schon oft besucht haben. Trotzdem gefällt es uns hier :)

A konyha nem tüntette fel pontosan az allergéneket, kifejezetten a Gluténra gondolok. A wellnesbe nem lehet cserélni a törölközőt sem a köpenyt, hiába vizes, csak 3 nap elteltével. “ szárítsuk meg a szobába “ mondták.

Sono andato in questo hotel per passare il week end di pentecoste in coppia e rilassarmi un po. L'hotel é catalogato un 4 stelle, forse un po esagerato ci darei poco piu di 3 stelle. La camera non é un granché, sicuramente non rispecchia le camere fotografate sul sito, e badaben fate caso che non ci sono foto del bagno, perché anche qui sembra di essere fermi agli anni 80, con la tenda in bagno.. Inoltre ci sono parecchie cose che andrebbero riviste, tipo vedi la foto del bicchiere crepato messo in bagno , oppure la mancanza di manutenzione, visto il scalda salviette del bagno con evidenti segni di ruggine , oppure l'appendino rotto in bagno. Nota positiva sicuramente é la cucna, si magia bene un bel buffet sia a colazione che a cena su questo nulla da eccepire La spa é carina, con diverse zone per tutte le esigenze , il personale é molto cordiale e danno un buon servizio.
