Great hotel with very friendly and professional staff, perfect for the families with kids as well as couples. It’s wright in front of the amazing beach as well

Really happy with our all inclusive expieriance, great and friendly stuff. Really good choices of food. Bar offers variety of drinks incl. various non-alcoholic cocktails. I searched for the resort with heated outdoor pools and Zafiro didn't disappoint.There were 4 outdoor pools that were heated, one of which was the kids pool with all the slides ( big bonus point for that). We also used the indoor pool on not that sunny days. Great stay for a family and really beautiful , peaceful surroundings ( dune walks, great beach etc.). You just need to get lucky to get as many sunny days as possible in April:) Will definitely come back.

I would definitely recommend all inclusive self catering isn’t an option there is absolutely no other food places outside this hotel the pools are also freezing in April disappointment to the kids inside pool saved us the hotel is beautiful pools fab if warm roof top terrace with hot tub is fabulous not much children foods in the restaurant

Beautiful, peaceful location, very clean hotel, good food, friendly staff, easy to catch the bus to Cala Rajada, all round great experience! Loved the roof terrace room! So worth it! We would definitely return, thank you Zafiro Cala Mesquida!

Great place to unwind, beautiful peaceful cove. Don't forget your walking shoes for the nearby trek around the nature reserve. Great place to stay for peace and quiet, easy commute to nearby towns if you wish for busier day outs. Staff are amazing at this hotel, so friendly and easy going. The hotel itself clean, tidy regularly. Rooms are spacious. Food in buffet is good, we all enjoyed the meals in the bistro restaurant at lunch time; next to the main bar and entertainment area. The Zafiro salad was my favourite. Would definitely return. Thank you for an amazing 10 night holiday

It is a bit of drive from the airport but the beach is just beautiful and it is worth the effort to get here. The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the beach using the back gate. The hotel is a typical zafiro (we have stayed at 5 of them over the years). The rooms are clean and comfy. The food is plentiful, good to begin with and becomes repetitive as the week goes on (as with any all-inclusive). Lunch is available from the bistro bar. Ice cream machine never seemed to be working no matter what bar you went to. Service is polite but not as friendly as we have been accustom to from the Zafiro brand. Pool is 1.5m so you can have a swim as an adult which it I loved. Unfortunately for the English speakers, when we were there it was mostly German people. This lead to the kids club and entertainment being spoken in mainly German. Not matter how many times I reminded the kids club people my kids don't speak German they continued to speak to my boys in German, to the point that my kids didn't want to go as they couldn't understand what was being said. The kids disco is at the pirate pool. Ignoring the obvious health and safety issue, it pretty much meant at this time meant the slides at the pirate pool were unable to be used, to the frustration of my kids. I appreciate it is easy to be negative at times, but you cant go wrong with a zafiro. And we are genuinely considering returning next year for the beach .

Amazing hotel, amazing food and service, very crowded but also amazing beach, good services around, very fun and diversified for kids, pools, fun zone. The service was very good and pleasant. We just want to go back!!!!!

We spent the autumn holidays in family, two adults and two kids aged 4 and 8. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the beach. A nice Cala, Cala Agulla is a few km close to it. We have been very impressed by the quality of the service, we got an upgrade of the room, as the part were we booked was closed. Although the entertainment was reduced given the approaching end of the season, the kids still had a great fun. They have also much appreciated the oasis heated pool Food was very good, varied, a bit reduced in terms of choice towards the end of our stay, but that was understandable given that the hotel was going to close in a couple of days and reopen only next year. As our flight was delayed we were given the possibility to check-out late, although the hotel was really closing its doors on that day. An excellent experience overall!
