Great place for a quick getaway. Staff so friendly and helpful nothing is to much for them to sort. Very clean rooms. Beach five minutes walk and loads of places to shop and eat at great prices. Would definitely recommend as place for couples as not a lot for kids to do.

Sleep ~ Beds really comfy, seem to have a topper on as part of mattress too. Mattress protector does NOT make you stick to it too, all around 10 / 10 for sleep. Room ~ Really clean, basic, what one needs on leave, cleaning service 2nd to none, need a towel change? Place them in the bath the lasses change them for fresh ones! Sheets changes 1/2 way through stay too. Rooms are dated, in need of some TLC, however, proper Value For Money (VFM). 08 / 10 Hotel General ~ Very Clean, cleaners work JOLLY HARD and maintain a most high standard all round, reception staff very helpful, pleasant and obliging too. Not sure how old the hotel is, however, it was re-furbished over Winter 2015, there are now some cosmetics in need of TLC, from our experience / observation maintenance needed was done quick smart by the multi skilled maintenance staff. You are able to pre warn an earlier breakfast for leaving day too, so as we had time to digest with no rush etc. 09 / 10 N.B. There are no fridges in the rooms, this was listed pre-booking, however, now the web pages are changed. If insulin diabetics need a fridge to store their insulin, the reception staff will arrange safe cold store / access too, might be an idea for diabetics to PRE WARN so as a mini-fridge could be hired in.. Food ~ All Inclusive over 11 days one expects some repetition, there was a little, so on the main meal side, great choices for another choice on those few occasions too :-) Salads, loads of variety, some ideas taken away to re-create at home too ;-) ## Allergy Advice ## GREAT TO SEE as there was a colour coded multi language cards system in place, the staff were EVER so good / helpful with advise too, often asking chefs to the finer detail of 'content' 9 / 10 Entertainment ~ Early in season, Animation Staff ~ Amanda & Antony work VERY HARD end effectively to ENGAGE folks :-) This is not IMOVHO a hotel to take smaller kids as there is no 'kids club' however, in the evening "Mini Disco" is put on for the kids that were there. PoolSide there is keep fit to do too, pleased to partake in a Yoga Session too :-) Some of the equipment is yet to be replaced, dart board etc. No archery or air rifle shooting as no "Safe Space" to carry out, however, that is ' under discussion'. Some evening entertainment was laid on too, obligatory "Bang, Bang, Clatter, Clatter, Click / Clack" AKA Flamenco, Bee Gee tribute, a C & W singer too. For us an HONEST score is 07 /10 Pool ~ Early in season was cold, too cold for me, however, some brave souls were in and enjoying water fun, Rosi the Life Guard is great with the kids too, engaging them with a water based basket ball hoop etc too, even coaching some kids with stroke perfection from Amanda too. In the mornings the pool is cleaned in readiness for use, the cleaners work jolly hard to prepare for the day too.. GREAT TO NOT SEE Pool Side Towel to bed olympics too LOL :-) We went with Jet2 booked via our local independent Travel Lounge in Bedale.

Negative: It is very noisy in the hotel corridor, you hear noises outside the room, people slamming doors, talking and laughing loudly late at night. The hotel does not offer pool towels to guests, thats too bad. We thought it would be included and therefore did not take with us from Homei. There was nothing on the website when we booked the hotel that you should bring your own towels. Maybe good to inform the guests about this. The pool area is completely redundant with pool chairs that are not being used, a bit too many in number compared to the guests. If you remove some chairs, the pool area would look much bigger and airier. The hotel takes a deposit and a fee to use the safes available in the hotel rooms. We think it should be included in the price. The rooms lack a kettle and a small fridge so you can keep drinks cold. The bar serves coffee in plastic cups. When we asked to get a real coffee cup they refused us. Bad service from the bar staff, they were always stressed and rude. Positively Very clean in the rooms and also around the hotel. The cleaners are very nice and helpful. There is good space in the rooms. It's not too much which makes it airy. Hard beds. Ac in the room Very Nice staff receptionists, cleaners, cooks, restaurant staff. All satisfied and provide good service. Quiet and nice by the pool area, a little music in the background, no shoals and shouts. Walking distance to the sea and the center. Close to the bus stop (300 meters) that goes to the airport and Palma. 1.5-2 hour journey.

Rooms basic but spotless,shower very good. Couldn't lock patio door. Had to pay 60 euros for "upgrade"!! to pool view,not worth it. 20 euros for safe key. With tax that over 100 euros before anything else. Didn't rate the food much. Having said all that,handy for beach,staff were very pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't stay again but lots of people would.

Nice little hotel. Great friendly staff. Excellent food. The evening entertainer Paulo is a really friendly bubbly guy . Doing his best to keep everyone happy . We did go right near the end of season and it was still busy . If we were to go back to Calla Millor we would happily stay there agian.

Just returned from a Monday to Friday break with family. We read the reviews before travelling so was not expecting too much but we were actually pleasantly surprised. Great location minutes from beach, shops, bars etc. The hotel was clean as was the pool area. Lots of free sunbeds. The food was typical all inclusive with some wierd and wonderful dishes but also delicious salads, meats, fresh breads and the most tasty pate. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The rooms were dated but cleaned every day. We had rooms overlooking the pool which were great. We all said we would definitely stay here again. The transfer is a bit long 1.5 hours but you soon forget about that when sat on your sunbed.

Location good. Close to the beach. Lots of nice bars . Good food choice. Rooms clean but basic. Maid came in every day , clean towels . Evening entertainment {when there was any on} was RUBBISH! Drinks tasted like they were watered down! Ricardo the bar man was VERY RUDE and ARROGANT!

Lads holiday and the hotel ticked all the boxes for what we needed. The food was good none of us complained. We even had a vegan in the group and he found something to eat every day. Bar was good. Cocktails beer wine and spirits all free on the all inclusive. Just two cups per order but this very normal at all inclusive hotels. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. Entertainment isn't very good but as we were on a lads holiday we made our own but if you are relying on entertainment then I'd choose a different hotel. Mixed reviews on the entertainment manager Pablo. Lots of people have reviewed that he likes the younger girls. Could see that that was the case when we stayed. Maybe if you have a younger daughter keep an eye on her if you stay here. Beach is just down the road as well as the main night life. Overall it's a nice hotel for a lads holiday. I would come back with some mates on a cheap all inclusive but it's not a place I'd bring my girlfriend. I think some people that have left bad reviews haven't realised that it is a dead cheap hotel and that's the service you get which is absolutely fair enough. Spend more money if you want better quality.
