Baga Hideout Resort

Hideout is in a hidden central location that makes everything within fairly easy access. Beach and local eats are nearby. This place is great for single travellers or a larger party of people that want to rent the villa. The decor is clean and confortable. Guru the boss is attentive each day to any requests ensuring you have as enjoyable stay as possible. If you are looking for friendly comfort that is simple then this place is a must try.

Well there are two sides to this place.. Quiet old style wood cottages surrounded by huge ***go trees and overseeing a small pool.. this creates a cozy private nook in the busy and often crowded Baga Beach locality.. the breakfast served has limited variety but is good enough... the everyday changing menu keeps it from being boring... even the main course and bites ere quite tasty are not bad.. The front desk, room service and housekeeping staff is quite helpful and prompt. On the flip side, the place needs a little sprucing up... The mattresses need to be replaced... leaky taps need to be attended to... the doors,bolts and latches are a little stiff... I hope the property ***agers look into this to improve the place...

RUN AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING OR ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE HERE. The rooms are very poorly maintained. The bed sheets & pillows are dirty and uncleaned. There is no personnel sitting in the restaurant so the line there always goes unanswered. The food served in restaurant is also way below average in standards. They will always suggest possibility of early check in to get your booking but will never give you one. The answer remains that there are no rooms available even when there are half of dozen empty ones. The owner and staff behave like goons and are extremely disrespectful toward guests and do not pay even a little heed to your requests. This is not an hospitality, but a money generating business for them.

I wish I there was option for zero star. The service was horrible. Did not get the things even asking on repeat. It’s a run down facility. We got the wooden cottage with an upgrade. The bathroom shower didn’t work properly and the water was stalled. They didn’t do the room cleaning and even on asking several times, didn’t provide the towels, and other things. The good thing about this hotel is it’s close to the beach but the price was so high. Save your money and book another hotel.

The hospitality was pathetic. We had booked two AC cottages. We had booked this hotel due to its location. The washroom was very small and rusty. The doors weren’t locking. No privacy. Food was very very oily (you could see the food swimming in the pool of oil). The owner of the hotel is very rude and has ways to charge you for unnecessary bills. The ***ager threatened to call the police after we denied paying for the damages that we hadn’t even done. We were ready to file a case but, had our flight the same day of the checkout. The bedsheets were already torn when given to us, the hotel had the audacity to blame us for the condition and asked us to pay 1.5k more. This was our last day in Goa and was completely ruined by this hotel’s experience. Please avoid staying in such hotels.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.If you are looking for pleasant stay please stay sways from this place.The washrooms here are extremely dirty and the bedding was awful.There was no power for whole one day and no water.No tissues in washroom.When you contact the reception they deny to assit you.This place is a spam.Had a terrible experience and will never comeback again. WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!!!

I wish I could rate them 0. First they denied booking from yatra, whereas it was confirmed ! Then when we started moving out they denied refund too. Almost everyone has been fighting with them on reception while checking in or checking out. You cant have peace while staying in this place atleast for sure ! We feel like cheated and wasted money as well as very precious time ! Worst- they dont think that guests at all can enter into the property , even after showing iD cards as other 5 or 7 star properties including govt ones.

The most pathetic and awkward hotel seen in my travelling experience.Even i was checking 2 hours later still room was not ready,no water bottles given no courtesy at all.Room was smelling as well.Never ever opt for it.only purpose it solve is nearness to beach but there are ***y other options as well and 100% better than this.And not gave me the room i choosed.Hospitality ratings zero and food was only thing that was ok.
