Amazing Stay at Hyatt Centric Goa. Nice big room and they had a extra foldable bed for our small kiddo. Pool was nice. Location and safety standards were perfect to explore North Goa.

Service too slow. Location in Candolim calangute road (opposite side of beach).

I was there from 10-13 sep in room 108 . Had a comfortable stay .The staff was Helpful. Specially the lady at reception named Nerita or Nireta (can't recall her name exactly)....She was very helpful and have an amazing personality. Met Luv at the breakfast area - he was also extremely helpful & exceeded my expectations! While having breakfast,had to wait for my order on the day of our departure & hence I left without having it . He was courteous enough to extend the parameters of the service & sent the same order to my room . Both the people I mentioned ***** with the rest of the team members were extremely amazing. I had a great, LONG, stay at Hyatt Centric recently and they made it absolutely wonderful! Strongly reccomend! I was travelling from Canada to help mange some of our family affairs in Goa - I was by myself and my trip was supposed to be only 10 days but quickly got extended to 21 days - The entire staff there mad my staff extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Recognizing how long i would be staying there, They went out of their way to ensure I had the best room for me, offering me several options upon check-in. The room was perfect for my needs, the food was good and above all the service was outstanding. They would consistently check-in with me to make sure everything was OK and where always very quick and efficient whenever I needed anything. Clean well-kept room Excellent in-room dining and restaurant (which I used ALOT during my stay) Comfortable lobby and hotel space Good Amenities (Didn't use the pool at all but used the gym daily - a bit on the smaller side but had everything I needed to get through the trip) - Great central location But again, the most stand-out aspect is the service. They really go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable during your stay. Big shout-out to the manager, Toli , the head chefs (can't remember their names but they were awesome!) and the young *** who was cleaning and taking care of my room everyday for 3 weeks B.N Prabhash. Thank you all for your kind hospitality and support during my visit. This was not a vacation for me - I was away form my family for a very long time and very busy with various tasks during my trip; however, they my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. It is well maintained with all the amenities. Location is close to Candolim and Baga Beach. There are numerous food options, even Pure Veg options right outside the hotel. Breakfast was lavish with lot of items. Size of the rooms is average but view is nice.

Words fall short to express my gratitude towards Hyatt and it's staff. One of the best brands and best service. Special thanks to Abir, never seen anyone so courteous and so kind. He is exceptional. His service is on point. Service is excellent. He made our each meal special. Stay was amazing. Great room, cleanliness on point. Food was superb. People here go out of their ways for their guests and even Chef Vikas was very kind enough to take our review after lunch or dinner. Kudos to Hyatt. Had a amazing stay. I am writing this only to tell u all about this amazing person we met . Meet me. Sachin the house keeper , he was so helpful and kind my kids loves the way he decorated our room . Thank u for ur service . The stay was comfortable value for money , breakfast spread was very average but over all our stay was comfortable.

Veleny and Dhanashree at the kids area was amazing...quick n responsive.Food was good .The stay was Amazing .Beach is near by Near the hotel good shopping area.Toli at reception had a smiling face? overall everything was up to date. Will come again

Special Feedback for Hyatt Centric Team . The World Animal Day event was truly impactful, with meaningful engagement from both families and kids. The focus on social awareness for street animals is such an important aspect, and it’s wonderful that people were able to learn and connect over this cause. A Big thanks to Mariam, Praveen and the Hyatt Centric team for organising such a thoughtful and enlightening event! Great concept with Active Participating certification for kids , with all knowledgeable sessions, I would say this is the best Recreational Activities providing hotel in Goa , with different Activities for kids and family .

Hyatt was very good with kind staff and spacious rooms with good dining and kids playing facilities. Our kids enjoyed hotel stay to the core. Good choice for vacation at Goa. The location of the hotel is very near to candolim and Calangute beach, you can walk, catch public buses and also taxi at the hotel entrance.

Excellent Hospitality, rooms were tidy , clean and properly maintained. The room service was prompt. Good breakfast buffet spread . Superb location with proximity to beach, eateries. If you want to have the cruise, the pickup drop will be just outside the Hyatt Centric.
