Cygnett Inn Celestiial Goa

Rooms are very good home like experience we had with the cygnett...staff was very very nice really appreciate it...we are happy with the hotel facilities and environment specially the food and everything i can say...thanku so much would visit again...👍🤗

My stay was good, they allowed me to check-in early without additional cost. Room was cosy, the best part was the restaurant at the premises. Food taste was very good. Place is near to candolim beach. Staff were polite, room was mostly clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are nice and tidy .It was worth the money . Services are also good. Receptionist Alphonsa was sweet and polite . Santosh is a nice guy. The breakfast buffet is also nice , as you can order anything that’s not in buffet . In Short it’s a nice hotel with this price here in Goa .

The hotel is close to Calangute and is perfect place for couples to spend a beautiful stay in Goa. They have big spacious rooms for couples as well as families. The owner are very friendly and share all the information needed. The room service is quick. The food is good. They have a swimming is clean and maintained. The staff is polite.

It was really a fantastic stay. Staff went out of the way to accomodate us with all the request. Rooms are cozy and comfort and really give the feeling of home away from home. Location of the hotel is perfectly amazing,candolim beach is also just a walkable distance. My recent stay at Cygnett Inn Celestiial, Goa, was truly exceptional. The room was not only impeccably clean but also well-equipped with modern amenities. The location of the hotel is good and is near to Candolim Beach. We booked for 5 people including children and older people. The room which we were given was apparently was not opened in a very long time that it had a strong moldy smell. TV, refrigerator the cabinet in the bathroom, air conditioner were broken. Telephone as well as Toilet paper holder had fungus growing on it. Tiles in the bathroom were destroyed. Wifi didn't work on our floor. No possibility of ventilation! A weird construction in the room where your water boiler was installed and all the electrical wires were installed there as well, i have no idea what that construction was but was accessible for any child in the room. The glass on the night desk was broken. Breakfast was terrible and also somehow hazardous as some of the food/drinks were stored right next to the floor/toilet cleaning chemicals. Had to cancel my booking for which I received around 60% of my payment back. The staff was supportive and accept the fault from their part.

Fantastic stay at Cygnett goa in Candolim, big swimming pool with clean water. Rooms are good with balacony. Cleaning staff is good reception staff also. Mr. Sachin .guide good location places in goa. We recommend our friends. Best location of this hotel. Beach are close by walking distance

We book a room at Cygnett hotel and the experience as really awesome. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Room are neat and clean with a balcony and cozy too....and the breakfast serve also is good. Swimming pool is very good and clean. Best place to stay at candolim and all nearby beaches were easily accessible and close to the main road. Candolim beach is just 5to 10 minutes walkable distance.
