私たちはブルームルームに4日間滞在しました。素晴らしい滞在でした。ホテルは清潔で、食事は美味しかったです。すべてのスタッフがとても礼儀正しく、特にレストランのスタッフはとても謙虚でした。ヨゲシュ氏は朝食の時間にとても親切で、常に手伝う準備ができていました。全体的には素晴らしい経験でした

偽の部屋の写真がすべてのウェブサイトに掲載されています。そして、質の低い部屋に対して高すぎる料金を請求しています。ルームサービスは貧弱です。スタッフは良いです。食べ物は平均的です。ビーチまでは徒歩約1km。

絶対に避けてください。家族 4 人で 3 泊しました。スタッフは失礼、部屋は汚い、値段は高すぎる、朝食は野菜料理が 2 品しかない、エレベーターなし。ハウスクリーニングなし、お湯なし、排水口のない洗面台、経験不足で傲慢なマネージャーが女性メンバーに「黙れ」と要求。

「視聴者の皆さんにこのレビューを読んでいただくようお願いします」 これはホテル経営者として最悪の経験でした。ご覧のとおり、このホテルにはおもてなしがまったくありません。段階的に説明できます。チェックインの際、オーナーは、前日の深夜に確認して事前に準備していたときに共有されなかったポリシーを説明してくれました。私たちは 3 歳の子供と一緒に旅行していました。彼らは 2 日間の滞在で 4 本の水、2 リットルの水しか与えませんでした。私たちが水設備を補充するように頼むと、彼らは無礼に拒否し、外部からそれを購入する方法を拒否しました。これは旅行者ですが、皆さんはどのホテルでも見たことがありません。朝食後の午前中、私たちは現場を見に行き、掃除のために部屋の鍵を渡しました。必需品を持ち帰るために10分間午後3時までに戻りましたが、それでも部屋は掃除されていなかったので、これをフロントオフィスに更新しました。私たちは再び午後4時15分までに戻りましたが、それでも部屋は掃除されておらず、そこにいるゲストの世話をしていないようでした。その間私たちは休憩していましたが、ハウスキーピングのスタッフが掃除に来ましたが、子供が寝ていたので拒否しました、そして私はプライバシーを乱したくありません。部屋には赤いアリ🐜がたくさんいましたが、これは彼らが占有される前に部屋をチェックまたは掃除しなかったことを示しています。朝食の食べ物は説明できないほど悲惨です。彼らの選択肢は限られていましたが、少なくとも基本的なニーズとして食べ物とお茶の品質を維持する必要がありました。

Worst stay, rooms are bad and breakfast worst. Location was also not good too far from beach, not recommended from my side

Rooms were not clean, towels are like mopping cloths, bedsheet was not at all clean, pool accessibilty were not available after 7pm, at-least in the seasons they should provide pool access in the night as well

Checkin is smooth no issue in late check in, service is good, supportive staff, room and amenities are ok

The experience was Ok the A/C had problems on turning on it wasn't clean , the room was not that clean, Hot water for shower was not available when needed.The essential supplies were not provided the specific ammount needed.Couch was faulty.

Property location is good, silent area rooms are good, neet and clean. Worth for family stay 4-5 people

Resort staff was not at all professional.

First of all, make my trip duped me by charging this stay for 5600 while the price of the room is 2500. The owner of the resort upgraded our standard room to suite room as we have paid more amount to the mmt. Coming to the property, except the pool, everything is below par. Suite room is also like the standard room except it is spacious. No proper linen. No coffee station. No door bell. Cockroaches in the washroom. Complimentary breakfast has only poha and pori baji which is of no taste. The only plus point is the property is near to the calangute and baga beaches.
