This hotel is located in a Shady place and I had worst experience of my life here..swimming pool tiles were broken..rooms had bad odor..dirty pillows..paint falling from the walls..uncomfortable beds and the staff displayed incredibly rude behavior..Real nightmare started when my rental car got scratched by hotel staff who initially denied but admitted their fault after reviewing CCTV footage..however they refused to co****sate for the damage and starting abusing me and asked me to go to police station(nobody helped there too) and I ended up paying 5000 rupees to Car rental Guy.. I have uploaded videos and photos of car before and after the scratch

Property not maintained properly, nearby there are much better hotels/resort on main calungute road...this located in interiar. I request to give little breakfast before 08:00AM they hardly give positive response & I have to leave without it. Not even a single photo taken there.

Cockroaches in room Bed and bath linen soiled / stained Spring bed not comfortable AC not working Staff acknowledged problems, but can’t solve issues as ***agement is in no mood to solve problems. Overall a very bad experience travelling with family.

In all aspects very very poor hotel .Dirty and untrained staff and the break fast buffet was horrible .The towels were very bad. The corridors were not kept clean also. The price paid was also high ..

It’s an old property not maintained and stinky. We stayed last week and it was Terrible mood killing stay on our last day at Goa 😵‍💫☹️🤬 It doesn’t worth even rupees 1000 still they are cheating by keeping very high 5 star rates with “old images at online sites” of the hotel. Please check my attached images from this property and compare with the images showed in the site, before you get fooled.

Very bad experience in booking itself. I had to cancel my booking because of unavoidable circumstances and it's been a week since I'm following up with them for the refund. No one is responding or addressing my concerns regarding the refund. I booked from their official website so beware as they dont even bother to respond to your call or email.

terrible experience highly not recommended even at free of cost. worst service by the hotel , specially Ravi(receptionist) he doesn't know how to speak to girls. My room ac was not working for 3 days and after complaining for several times there was no service from hotel side. they have only 1 staff who never lifts the call.
