So we literally got back from eurocalas and we would definitely go back We went at the end of season and they literally closed up the day we left for the summer, so even though things like the crepes carts where not on we didn’t miss out on a thing, the rooms are spacious and very clean beds where comfortable and air con worked a treat. The day entertainment was always on and kids had plenty to do we even joined in too. I won’t lie evening entertainment has been much better in other hotels but it was more than adequate for us wasn’t bored just want to give a shout out to Lisa and gorka always got everyone involved and Amelie and merrick where great with the kids But my biggest shout out is to tony and his kitchen staff our little boy is ceoliac and they are so on it with all allergies very helpful and have loads of choice food was always hot and plenty to chose from there is a reason I came home fat lol But honestly tony was amazing with us and would definitely recommend and go back to this hotel, the town and beach is only a 10 minute walk And the kids loved the pool they are cold but they are fresh water so wasn’t expecting a heated pool lol You will always find someone cleaning the pool and surrounding areas, snack bar is all same same but it’s a snack bar and all self service in there so kids loved it reception staff are lovely only negatives we have is by the water slide side of the pool would of been nice to have a bar where you could get cocktails or spirits rather than walk round to the main bar but can get larger and soft drinks in the snack bar but again wasn’t sure if this was out of season so maybe the bar but was shut?, and the other negative was you have sheets for bedding so I was cold as hubby had air con blasting but found out later could ask reception for an actual blanket so this was my own fault for not asking lol Ps give tony a raise 🤣

After reading countless reviews, we didn't go with overly high expectations. Its a long transfer, we knew that. From the reviews also read check in time 3pm, so we had an early flight and had to wait for our room. No problem. Appartment: Booked a 1 bed apartment which was nice, spacious, was in the formentera block and overlooked the pool. There should have been a cot in our room, and there wasn't, and there is no phone, so we had to walk back down to reception. One was brought up in about 1 hour. Aircon, worked just OK in the day but had to turn off at night as too cold. Signage is pretty bad. We walked down a ramp in the block with cases and prams, where there's steps back up to the lift. There is a way in without steps from the outside, but you wouldn't know before hand. I had a look at the other blocks and would often see prams being lifted up steps. Lift worked while we were there. Bathroom floods after a shower, no bath so took an inflatable to bath the kids in. Cleaners work all day! Came back from the pool one day around 4.20 and our room was being cleaned. Always seems to be someone attending the grounds. Restaurant: Food average. I personally didn't struggle to eat, but I think the meat quality could be better. Always whole fresh fruit available, but no bananas ever at breakfast which I thought was odd? I personally like a fruit salad but you can make your own. Breakfast pancakes, full english, continental etc Lunch salads, pasta, hot / cold, fruit, bread Tea varied. BUT it is chaos. There are no plates near the bread, the margarine/butter is on the opposite side to the bread, milk not next to the cereal, chocolate sauce/honey not near the pancakes. No milk near the tea/coffee stations. People just have to wander around, back and forth. All the food is at one side of the room and tables at the other, quite close together and it is just not big enough for the size of the hotel. We didn't eat in at every meal as it was stressful! Snack bar around the pool, chips, hotdogs, burgers, with a bit of salad you would put on your burger. Some proper salad would go down well. Ice cream is chocolate mr whippy style. Pools: Same goes for the pool area. There is not enough room for the amount of people it is supposed to cater for, so it is not surprising people are reserving sunbeds. There just aren't enough. And if you can get a bed, there are so many that are broken. And if you get one that isn't broken, the parasols are fixed in the ground between 2 pools. You can buy a parasol from the shop because this hotel knows how to get you spending money. Kids splash park, my 4 year old loved it! Was great. The bigger pool gets deep very quickly, very steep incline. Not great for babies. Other side is better. Didn't use the pool near majorca block. I have never seen so many 1€ children's ride ons. The whole holiday was lovely, I don't think we saw 1 member of staff that didn't say hello or smile at us. Housekeepers were lovely and very attentive. hotel was very spacious an cozy. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend to families, perfect for little ones

Travelled with my partner and 5 year old, for 1 week stay at hyb. I always write detailed reviews so people can have lots of tips and honesty. First off you need to rent a car, it’s a must in this area to get around unless you planning on just staying in the hotel 24/7. You need to bring reef shoes and a snorkel mask it’s a must with beautiful beaches being so close to us, Cala Domingos (4 min drive) (the hotel offer free shuttle bus) and Cala Millor (25 min drive) Porto Christo (20 min drive) you can go abit further to the other side of the island as we did but honestly the best beaches are on the east coast. Buying a cheap £15 umbrella for shade around the pool and beaches really helps so be sure to buy one as soon as you arrive or if going to beach you can rent 2 beds and a umbrella for £15 per day. There is a beach within walking distance to the hotel but honestly on a hot day it’s a long walk down but defo go there for a sunset and stay at the top. So the hotel pros and cons, it’s a very busy hotel with lots of guests, and this has a impact on the sun beds etc, they do have a policy of NO early towel reserved but everyone still does it unfortunately. You can hire a bailbed for £15 but make sure you book it when you first arrive as these book up very fast. The pools are clean and big enough for everyone, the splash park is great for young ones, however I do think adding another pool would really benefit this hotel due to the amount of people staying here. The rooms are cleaned very well and the cleaners work long hot days, so please make sure you tip as they really do deserve it. There’s fresh towels, small hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc too. It’s a ok size room for 3/4 plp anymore and it could be a squeeze also the beds are 2 singles pushed together, this is not great standards and really needs to be Changed. There is a tv but again the remote controls all need batteries changing, something the hotel need to change. There is a small fridge & a very small balcony. The food was great, we are gluten free and the hotel could not do enough for us, they had a lot to offer and the chef was so helpful with cooking us fresh gluten free dishes, he checked in on us on a daily. The entertainment really needs some tlc, the staff try so much with what little they have but it definitely needs a revamp on the stage and with the props. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi thought out too which was amazing as usually it’s just in the lobby. Reception staff are very helpful however the phone in the room never rings out to them another little upgrade the hotel need to change. There is a small shop with everything you need and very reasonable prices. The toilets are always kept clean too as is the hotel in general as there’s so many kids. The area is very quiet and not very built up although they do have a small town Center with shops and kids funfair there’s not much else here to do, hence why you need a car as it is very remote. Overall a fabulous holiday. People will moan about anything so ignore most of the negative reviews. I came here for 6 nights with my two daughters aged 11 and 5. Transfer was approx 1hr but bus was nice and cool. One of the only time my two daughters used their iPads which speaks for itself. Check in was quick however did have to manage our suitcases solo which was hard work navigating a new place and going up steps with the cases and two tired kids, and we never did find the lift haha. Weather was fabulous 34 degrees average, I say almost too hot! However, we were there for the Sunday storm which obv it rained all day but the entertainment team put out games in the bar, arranged bingo, kahoot etc. evening entertainment still went ahead as well. Animation team were amazing. Couldn’t get my 5 year old out of kids club. Entertainment family focused. Worked hard all day. Wasps. I was very worried about these as my 11 year old is autistic. It was actually fine. First day was a shock seeing them but you learn where they go and they don’t bother you. They just fly around. At the snack bar go inside and you won’t get bothered at all. Restaurant was fine. Food was great. One of the best breakfasts and pizzas I’ve seen on all inclusive buffets. Also themed nights e.g Mexican. My daughters loved the pancakes cooked freshly infront of you and adding their own chocolate sauce! Pools were amazing and warm. Splash park was fab. We preferred the smaller quieter pool. I never reserved a sunbed as it clearly states not to so sometimes laid a towel on the floor or got offered one as I was on my own. However I heard the lifeguards will remove some towels if you’re struggling. I had the children to watch continuously so it did not bother me too much. I sat poolside or got in with them. Lifeguards were very proactive! Drinks were fine standard all inclusive. Self service available. Ice creams hit with the kids. Snack bar one of the best I’ve seen. Lots of different things available eg lasagne, pasta, burgers, kebabs Rooms were cleaned daily. Ours was fine it’s just somewhere to sleep and get changed so I was impressed actually with how nice it was. Air con was set up and perfect temp for our whole stay. Entertainment as stated above was family orientated. Staff working very hard. All ended around 10.30pm bar open til 11.30pm I think. No noise after 11ish from rooms. Need to get a table at night by 8pm latest or you will struggle in busy seasons. Extras to pay for - trampolines, orb balls, ride on cars, arcade, mini rides around the whole hotel. If you lose any euros the reception will reimburse these. Paid tourist tax on arrival. I paid €19 for 6 nights. Short 10 min walk to a mini zoo and mini golf, bars, restaurants, shops this is where my children got their hair braided! So cool. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach but I didn’t chance it with the heat and business at this time of year - stayed where I could find shade! Although heard

We are here now and are on our last day after 1 week all inclusive. We have travelled here as 2 adults 1x 12 year old and 1x 3 year old. We chose this hotel as we wanted a family friendly hotel with a child’s pool preferably with slides etc. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here! My children love the kids jungle pool with the 4 slides! It has kept them entertained for hours! My 3 year old is a non-swimmer and whilst we have all kept a close eye on him, we felt a certain life guard who I believe is named ‘Alex’ does a great job watching the children, gets in the pool to supervise closely and really makes sure the children are safe! The food is nice, plenty of variety for your ‘standard’ eaters (I can not comment on people with allergies or dietary requirements) but for us we have always left meal times feeling full. The cocktails are nice! I love a sangria! And that’s on tap here which is great! They have a little shop on site for all your essentials etc. my daughter has bought lots of the hand made bracelets for herself and friends back home. The main bar is ran fairly with very friendly staff! In particular, barman SAID is great! He’s very friendly and has been making my daughter cute little mocktails etc so she can feel grown up (most of the children here at primary age and lower) so this has put a smile on her face! So thank you Said. The mini disco is great for small children who love to dance and play! This starts at 8.30pm until 9pm I believe. My son loves being up on stage and dancing to the ‘choo choo’ song. He also loved the daytime foam party! So did my husband! That was a great idea! The first night here my husband we chosen to go up on stage (his worst nightmare) but embraced it and we all had a good laugh! The reception staff are all lovely, helpful and polite. Aida is great! Very friendly and sweet. The house keeping staff are very good, our rooms are tided, have freshly made beds and clean towels delivered daily. We will be 100% recommending to friends with children to visit! … OH.. There is also a free shuttle service (times permitted) to Los Domingos beach. We have always walked ourselves (about 10-15 minutes walk) and I can honestly say it is stunning! It is absolutely beautiful! We did have to carry the buggy down some steps.. but it is what it is. Once down there you have a clear blue sea, it’s life guarded and a lovely bar overlooking (Martinelli bar) we went for a swim yesterday and got some lovely photos, however we didn’t stay long as there were quite a few jelly fish coming in haha! Cala Athena beach looked picturesque from above, but sadly wasn’t accessible with a pram. But still got some stunning photos. All in all This is a great family hotel! We enjoyed our family holiday at HYB Eurocalas overall (parents, grandparents and a 1 year old). We found the grounds and hotel really good. The location OK. We did use the shuttle once to the main beach but was quite a queue, and once we knew where we were going decided to walk it on other days. We found it to be a lovely beach for the family and we took a nice boat trip from there . The food was OK but not outstanding. It was hot and there was enough choices generally. We struggled to find seating sometimes and it was quite loud, the staff cleared tables quickly. I think allocating guests into 2 main sittings across the time would be a good idea to reduce congestion, although sure there are lots of practicalities around that. Another reviewer said about the lifts, I concur. Our lift kept breaking down, it was fixed once and then went again (it was out most of the week really). This meant lifting the buggy up/down stairs which was a pain with a sleepy/ing child. There did seem to be quite a few wasps about, they weren't particularly aggressive but what we did notice was members of staff tipping drinks into the grass and bushes around the pool area when glass collecting. I don't think this helped matters. For the price we were happy enough. On a final note, I would rate our experience overall as nearer to good than average but as the ratings are either average or very good, I don't feel the hotel warrants a very good.

I was reading reviews everyday and looked into cancelling so many times BUT I am glad we didn’t. We all had the best time. I am terrified of wasps, I am that person who screams and runs everytime one comes near. The reviews here say they are everywhere but honestly they’re not. They are around drink areas and they do fly past you a lot but not once did any land on us. They would literally just fly past. The pools were great. The slides for the kids were great. My children are 2 & 3 and they loved them (so did us adults). The restraunt is very busy and my children are clingy. So I was worried about going to get food because they always wanted to come with me and it was so busy I had to have them hold my clothes the whole time. They definitely need another restraunt. We have been all inclusive before and I wouldn’t really say this was more busy than what they were. I think it’s what you expect from a big all inclusive hotel. The food on the other hand was great. There were 2 lifts in our block and one wasn’t working but we just waited. There would only ever be like 1 family infront so there was no harm in waiting. They are very small though. Our room was huge! We had so much space which was great with 2 young children full of energy. They had all the appliances you would need with young children. Air con worked great, yes they could have done with a bit of a freshen up but it was clean, tidy and absolutely fine. Our shower did slightly flood but I just put towels there. Really didn’t matter. We didn’t go to the entertainment due to the children not sleeping all day and being too tired at night time although we could see the stage from our balcony so sat out and watched which seemed fun for all. They have photographers there who come around and do a photo shoot with you. The pictures to purchase are pricey but great! We purchased some and they’re up on my walls at home. I love them and so nice to have family memories captured. A nice touch. I went here with really low expectations but it was the best holiday I have ever had. We had much needed family time, and we all made the most of the sun. The surrounding area is lovely also so we quite often went off for walks and a look around. Also caught the local bus to Porto cristo which is beautiful & had a boat back. Would 100% go again and from someone who considered cancelling many time that says a lot. I had holiday blues for weeks (still have almost 3 months on)

Definitely won't be back , but wish everyone who likes it well . Restaurant was far too packed and noisy ,could do with another one to share the burden . Rooms were always clean that was a bonus , the entertainment was repeated mainly for kids . Children seem to get on OK there but a bit boring for adults, average holiday , glad it was the price it was . For this reason we won't be back and 50% of it also was the absolute nightmare of mosquitoes and wasps , the mossies ate us alive meaning we ended up taking 30 euro taxi trips to manacor hospital for steroid injections and medication 💊 50+ bites all blistering .someone said their husband had more than this .
