Average hotel, mostly ruined by the guests. The food is good, plenty of choice and availability. We visited during the school holidays which meant the hotel was fully booked - There were not enough beds and despite the best efforts from the staff, they were still being reserved before breakfast. The pool is small for the number of guests and can be crowded any mucky later in the day. The town centre is a short walk away where you can find your typical touristy souvenir and convenience stores, there is also a little fun park with trampolines, go karts and other amusements. There are a couple of beaches within 15 minute walk where you can rent a lounger or take a dip in the sea, there is also a nice walk around the cliff edge with a convenient cut through directly opposite the hotel entrance. For those looking to see more of the island, there is a public bus stop outside the hotel where you can tap on/off with your bank card, you can even tap the same card multiple times for up to 6 travellers on the same card. A trip to Cala D'or is a short ride away where you can find plenty to do with a bustling high street, plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions to keep you entertained.

Lovely place! First holiday with my boyfriend and it was perfect. Very clean, lots of things to do, plenty of space, I’m quite fussy with food so some nights were abit challenging but I ate plenty while I was there. Close to the beach and some shops so easy to have a wander. Perfect first holiday :)

We had a fantastic holiday we would go again. The hotel was good and staff friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and my vegetarian daughter had a great choice of meals she also said that the meals were labelled well so she could avoid meals using meat stock. we were there on last week of opening and everything was at a very high standard

Fantástico hotel con zonas de jardín y muy bien cuidado. Personal muy amable y familiar. Muy recomendable Habitación amplia, limpia y cuidada. Zona muy bonita y tranquila de la isla, para quien quiera evitar masificación.

Given a nice welcome by reception on arrival which was appreciated after a difficult journey due to flight delays and transfer delays.We found the hotel to be everything we hoped for and being given a room on the top floor with a pool and sea view was a bonus.The staff were very efficient but also really friendly and helpful.Considering we were all inclusive the food was of a good quality and always a good choice.We were there for seven nights but unfortunately on the fourth day we were informed the restaurant,bars and entertainment were finishing and we had to use the sister hotel for these facilities for the rest of our stay.Unfortunately my friend had mobility issues so this was far from ideal but the alternative offered was to pack and move to the other hotel which was just going to be as much hassle.I wish this situation had been explained when we arrived as we would have happily moved to the other hotel then . Whilst I would have no hesitation going back to the Aluasun,I would want to be sure that was not going to happen again.

The hotel the staff were very good the problem was as we were in the last week of the hotel flying back early Sunday morning the hotel in it’s wisdom closed the restaurant after breakfast on Friday morning together with the bar closing at 6pm every day we had to walk over 100 yards to the alua Calais hotel for all meals and drinks for the rest of our stay why ? I have no idea don’t know why they didn’t wait for all guests to leave and then close the hotel. I recently had a knee replacement surgery so it was very painful for me and inconvenient it just added more pressure to my knee so very dissatisfied with the hotel’s decision to do this 🤬

La limpieza no era muy buena, en el bufete había bastante variedad pero hubo un día que llegamos a la cena a las 20 45 y ya no quedaba nada para cenar, cuando daban cenas hasta las 21 30. También los últimos 2 días nos mandaron al buffet de otro hotel sin avisarnos con anterioridad y muy mal.

The rooms do not look like the photos - dark and gloomy need a def refurb - balcony door had only one handle so you could easily lock yourself out - hairdryer was def faulty - toilet lifted away from the floor and had to get somebody to look at the tv (when we found out which Chanel’s were English as receptionist never gave us the list). Changed towels but only one a day and had to ask for toilet roll. BUT food is really great lots to choose from and the staff in there work so very hard and always good on hand during the day. The entertainment gentleman every day around the pool is a huge asset and he was super brilliant. Some things could have been better but It didn’t spoil our holiday - hotel could just do with a bit of upgrading and a bit of care.
