We have just returned from a very enjoyable 2 weeks. Our Apartment was lovely just right for us with a lovely outdoor terrace. It is a lovely smallish complex which is gated so makes it feel very secure. We had no problem getting loungers while we were there always something available during the day. Some people do queue but given they open the pool up at 10 I don’t think that’s unreasonable. A lot of the people we me met round the pool had been many times before and they were all very friendly and helpful. The same goes for all the staff, lovely greeting at reception when we arrived. Housekeeping were excellent and Apartment cleaned and towels changed every second day. Also well situated for all amenities. We are already planning another stay later on in the year. 😊☀️

Fairly modern villa very clean The bed was extremely uncomfortable with holes in the sheet We could not get the hob to work as there were no instructions Good size fridge freezer Towels and toilet roll replaced every other day Nice bathroom Small seating area outside All outside areas were well maintained Didnt use the pool as we prefer the beach Sunbeds on the beach are 10euro50 for 2 Staff very nice Villas are in easy reach for beach shops and restaurants Villas were very quiet at night Would return if I could guarantee a decent bed

Just back from a week at these apartments with my wife and daughter. We stayed in an upgraded apartment 235, no complaints regards the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was. Pool area was very clean and we had no issues with sunbeds until the last day or so when a large group kind of took over the whole complex. As like many other visitors we did have an issue with the barman, seemingly his business is separate to the apartments. Don’t give this guy your business! One strange situation we became embroiled in was regards a noise complaint made about the block we were in. Given we were bedded for 10pm I’ve no idea what happened, but like others we received a letter reminding us to respect quiet times. No idea who complained or why, and the reception back tracked when we asked for an explanation. Overall I would recommend these apartments but keep the noise down.

Great apartments,very clean,spacious,lovely pool,nice little pool bar.Location is great,close to everything and a nice little walk to the beach All staff are so friendly. Had a great week here with my mum and daughter Only negative is there is no bar of a night time. Would be perfect if there was. Would definitely return 🙂

What a great place to stay for all the basic necessities. Place is spotlessly clean,extremely friendly, very well managed We travelled as two parents and two teenagers We had emailed prior to arriving asking for 2 apartments as close together as possible and was given two in the red zone next door to each other. The apartment was a good size with everything needed , a ceiling fan in the bedroom and air conditioning in the living/kitchen room. It looks like we had a recently decorated room as it was nice and fresh. The beach is a 5 minute stroll and the shops and bars are everywhere, turn left turn right or straight ahead. Nightlife tends to shut down around 23:00 with a handful of bars staying open for that late drink These villas really are in amongst things and if you prefer self catering for the cost you really won’t have any complaints

Small complex in a fantastic position in the resort. Our apartment was a superior 3 bed. It was very clean, looked newly refurbed. It was a little dark inside but was air conditioned & comfortably cool. Apartment was cleaned every other day with new towels. The pool area was well maintained but-the opening hours were restrictive 10-6pm. We were often chucked out early & it seemed silly you couldn’t sun bathe later even if the pool was closed as the loungers were within the gates they’ locked! The pool bar was a complete enigma to us, it was open when we arrived on Sunday but we saw it open one other day in our weeks stay! And it didn’t open in the evenings at all which was just odd! The bar owner is as miserable as everyone says! Overall its a good budget apartment complex with close amenities!

An amazing place to relax. Spotlessly clean and a lovely warm heated pool. Apartment was good. Everything you needed with oven, hob, fridge freezer etc and a lovely comfy bed. Sheets changed mid week and towels more often. Very central fir everything in ,Caletta We loved it and will probably go back again

My husband and I have just returned home after spending a wonderful week at villa florida. Our room 118 was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and comfy beds. The poom was lovely. Funny to watch people queuing up before 10 for sin loungers but we where beach people so wasn't an issue for is. The gent who runs the pool bar is not as unfriendly as people have made him out to be. He was a little dry but always had a bit of banter with my hubby. Already booked up for next year.
