easy access to airport. Very convenient for business travelers

Prima hotel met airport shuttle. Niet veel te doen direct bij het hotel, maar goed te doen voor een overnachting. Restaurant is prima voor ontbijt en diner.

We had notified the property ahead of time that we would be checking after midnight due to arrival time of our flight. I contacted the property at 12:45am to request a shuttle pickup at the airport. I told the man that we were waiting on luggage. He told me that the shuttle would pick us up at about 1:15. We had difficulty with our luggage arriving and had to speak with baggage services. We got to the pickup spot at 1:17 am, two minutes late. There were two women already standing there waiting for a different shuttle and they said they did not see the shuttle for Clique. I called the hotel again at 1:25am and was told the shuttle had been there at 1:15 and there was no one there and so the shuttle returned to the hotel with no one! I asked why the driver wouldn’t have waited a few minutes, when I’d said we were just getting our luggage. I was told that the airport doesn’t allow the shuttle to wait. At that time of the morning there was not a sole around, no security, no parking enforcement. I was told the next shuttle would arrive at 1:45am even though Clique is an 8 min drive from the shuttle pickup at that time of the morning. We had to stand there for nearly 30 min freezing since we didn’t dare go back inside the airport and risk missing the shuttle again. When we arrived at the hotel, we got no apology. We checked in at 2am and had to be back at the supper by 7:30am so that half hour wait reduced our very precious and limited sleep time. Very frustrating.

Very nice hotel close to Airport with a shuttle service. Also you are able to park for free up to 12 days. Added bonus hence all the cars and trucks. Staff very efficient and friendly. Our coffee maker did not work and I was offered vouchers for coffee in the restaurant. Food and bar very good. Staff friendly

Booked as a qwik trip. Great rates, extremely friendly staff!! Tonic restaurant was great food, super friendly staff. Room comfort was more than expected!! Comfy beds!! Roman shower!! Coffee, beautiful view of foothills. And roof hotub!!!! Definitely coming back. Shuttle to and from airport was such a welcoming sight and exactly where they said so we didnt even have to brave any cold!!

Nice rooms, very clean. We stayed in main floor room 109, has side door access to parking lot which was very convenient and it was quiet. No ice maker on main floor, have to go up to second floor. Staff provided coffee pods and water everyday!
