鉄道駅と食事に近い。 U of C入口まで車で5分。清潔で中心部にあります。朝食は標準的で、食べ物はすぐにいっぱいになりました。朝食にはさまざまな選択肢があります。シリアル、*、ベーコン、ソーセージなど。次回カルガリーに行くときは、またここに泊まります。

The hotel was clean, with the rooms and common areas maintained to high hygiene standards. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, it was a pleasant stay overall

Great Location & Excellent Service!! The front desk staff are friendly. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers free underground parking. Banff Trail CTrain station is next to the hotel. Guest can take Ctrain to Calgary downtown. Complimentary breakfast is also included in room charges.

This place exceeded all expectations, especially for the price — an excellent 10 out of 10! Great location — you can see the train station from the window, with easy access to downtown. It’s quiet, with beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean rooms. The gym has good amenities, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of choices. There are also good and inexpensive restaurants right next to the hotel. We will definitely book here again without any hesitation!

Great Location & Excellent Service!! The hotel is centrally located, close to the university and McMahon Stadium. The front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to our requests. They kindly upgraded us to a beautiful king-size suite. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay! Will stay here again!

I wanna visit the banff national park. So I stayed here for two nights. This hotel is wonderful.

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
