Went down to the Hot Tub and sat in it for a while on the evening of JAnuary 17th but it was over run by children. 9 people in a hot tub rated for 5 persons. Most of the children were under the age recommended to be using it. Absolutly no one checking to make sure the rule was enforced. Got out of the Hot tub and went to pick up a couple of twels for my wife and I and there were none on the shelf. SO, I went out to the Lobby dripping wet to request someone bring some more towels to the pool and the gentleman on the desk said he could only give me towels fo rmyself as in one. . If anyone else required towels they would have to come and request them. He was the rudest front desk person I have ever experienced in my life and I have stayed in a lot of Hotels and Motels as I was a travelling salesman for 20 years of my life. To the life of me why wouldn't he appreciate me offering to take towels to put on the shelf in th epool area for everyone else that was in th epool area. The man should be fired as he has no customer service experience at all. The entire front desk staff could use some lessons on Customer Service. We put in a wakeup call for 8:15am and the front desk finally called us at 8:45am. When I went to the desk to complain the young lady on the desk said we were to busy to call you at the time you requested. Only good thing was I didn't have to leave to catch a plane because I would have been 30 minutes behind because of the lack of Customer Service.
