I lost the very important items in the room 215 on Dec20,but nobody to help to deal with my requirement. I thought it is the hotel responsibility to help guests return lost items,even if it is sample to call UPS or Fedex to pick up.I am trying to talk with reception much times but nobody to help me,it is terrible experience

The hotel double charged me, and even though was already paid, saying was part of the deposit … the trip.com team has been really helpful but the hotel refuse to give me back 100% of the double charge they did, I’ve been trying to contact them several times since … but no answer. Avoid yourself problems, you have better options around the airport.
