This facility made our stay in Cali excellent. It was very serene, the customer service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We have definitely found a place to stay when we travel to Cali.

Movich is one of the best hotels in Cali. I have been coming to this hotel for the past three years and I have no complaint at all. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for comfort and safety at the same time you can get it all at once!

I inquired about my upgrade for being an ******* VIP and they informed me that there were no rooms available for an upgrade, however on ******* and multiple other websites there were upgraded rooms available for the entire length on my stay. They simple opted not to provide me with an upgrade even though there were multiple rooms available. I made it a point to take screenshots on my phone regarding this because of how annoyed I was. What is the point of being a loyal ******* member if their VIP hotels won’t honor the perks?

This property was very appealing to the eye. The staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. Will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at several Movich Hotels in many South American countries, that was the reason I chose this hotel in Cali, I was disappointed at the amenities (the gym, the elevator) the Restaurant La Maria has very good service, breakfast is very good, food is average for lunch&dinner, the regular rooms are very small, the superior rooms are large with balcony, but bathrooms are very small. most important it is very quiet, the area is safe with many restaurants and cafes.
