I spent all of February 2024 at Rossa Palma. I cannot speak more highly of the location (quieter part of San Antonio), the facilities, and above all, the staff. Shout out to the manager Oscar, who, in excellent English, was able to help and inform me on several occasions. Also to the other front staff Oscar 2, Ana, and Maybel. You made me feel like family. I had a fully equipped one-bedroom apartment. At first, I had one of the apartments in the front -- a little noisy because of the street. I was then moved to the third-floor apartment in the back (301). Incredible. Quiet. Fantastic views of the city and beyond. A home away from home. The restaurant is one of the best in San Antonio and is particularly well-known for its breakfast and weekend brunch. Again, the friendly staff made me feel at home. I don't know what more I can say. Oh yeah, the free Saturday afternoon salsa class was a nice extra. I think it is one of the best hotels, if not the best, in San Antonio, Cali, especially at that price point. I will book again for my next trip to Cali, and catch up on some old friends. Muchisimas gracias! One small point: The air conditioning was great in the bedroom, and thanks for getting it fixed quickly. However, the kitchen area gets extremely hot, and I found it hard to stay there, except for a quick meal preparation. I would suggest installing another AC in the kitchen/living room area.

I wasn't sure when I first arrived. The room was a little bare. I thought maybe I should have picked a big chain. After a while I got warm to it. The staff is super. The area has a nice vibe and is full of good restaurants. It was really a pleasing experience. I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Oscar and the team were great at helping us when we accidently booked through a scam website and turned up nothing had been booked for us but he went out of the way to sort out a room for us that was not in use so we had somewhere to stay. The food from the restaurant is really good and the free breakfast is as good as you’d pay for in a fancy cafe down the road. The id say is that if you want an early night bring earplugs as the bar can be a bit noisy untill 11 but apart from that 10/10 the pool is also perfectly refreshing temperature and gets the sun most of the day. Would 100% come back.

Spent 3 nights visiting Cali staying here. Good location in pretty area of city with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and short cab ride to salsa venues. Quiet room which lacked character unlike the communal eating, pool and dance areas which were lovely. Strange to be turned away from the bar on Sunday as it closed early, that should not happen in a hotel hence not giving 5 star rating. Minor negatives included door handle to bathroom was falling off, mo lift so you need help with luggage as many stairs to rooms above ground floor and no shampoo in bathroom and you have to get water from lobby to take to room although room had a huge fridge. The complimentary salsa class on Sunday afternoon was very good.

Great location, super nice place, breakfast was really good, restaurant service excellent. Small room. If I comeback to Cali definitely I will comeback to Rossa Palma Hotel ❤️

We loved our deluxe apartment with a view of the city. The staff was very helpful. We would recommend the hotel. It is a great location with a good restuarant by a very well maintained pool. We could not have been happier with our choice !

It is a paradise in the middle of the city with unbeatable care. very comfortable facilities. The restaurant service is excellent and the food and cocktails wonderful. I am delighted with this hotel

This quaint hotel is easily accessible to many areas of interest in San Antonio. Didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the pool as it was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff is very communicative and helpful. Allowed us to stay a few hours after check out due to a flight cancellation. I would stay here again and recommend!
