Property was ok. It would be great if they could keep it clean . Also did not like that my room door was left open by the cleaning lady the hole day. Nothing was done in regards to issue. Also door key system did not work properly sometimes it would take a few try’s to get the door to open.

I enjoyed my stay here! Breakfast buffet was nice and so was the pool even though the weather kept me from fully getting to enjoy it.

Really clean room liked customer service and the cleanliness of the room will stay here again, and recommend it to anyone also across the street they have a mall

Tv not working at the beginning of the stay and the price of food from inside the room (mini bar) was very expensive. A kit kat and a very small pepsi was 30k pesos. And the maid walked in later for no reason explained.

Terrible customer service rooms with a lot damages, water leake, broken curtain, not well cleaned. Tried charging stuff we didnt even consume. Room Never was cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels. Just terrible experience. Spent the extra money and stay accross the street at the original spiwak.

Everything was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that they charged for mini bar in your room. I thought the minibar was free and they didn’t mention anything about being charged before

The staff was nothing but rude, the security guy “meneses” stopped me around 5 times to ask about a guest that already had a room; the lady at the front desk had nothing better to do than to be on her phone and didn’t care about our experience. There’s another girl with curly hair and white bow who was the rudest person by far. Staff and security were terrible and it wakes me not want to stay here in the future despite having stayed here multiple times, please get more equipped staff
