The property was tidy, and had been recently renovated. Unfortunately some of the fittings had not been installed well - we noticed that the towel rails were very loose and at risk of coming out from the walls.
When we turned the ceiling fan on a large amount of dust flew off and covered the room and the floors were very wet when we arrived. Wetter than you would expect from a standard mop

The lack of any contact with a human being was disturbing. A large ute had parked in my allocated parking spot and there was no one to discuss alternatives with.

This was at the time of booking a no staff on site building which I was a little bit un sure of but they did a great job and we had no issues. Its walkable to main Caloundra for sure but it is very quiet at night and in The quieter residential area.
