Fantastic, modern, spotlessly clean accommodation that was excellently equipped. Beautiful pool in a stunning setting with lovely mountain views. The pool and outside area (including bbq if used) cleaned daily, discretely first thing in the morning. Housekeeping daily by a fantastic team, so efficient. Great location for airport, beach and Calvi town. Bread and pastries delivery every morning was a great touch. Lovely, welcome pack on arrival. We had a couple of teething problems with temperature of pool and downstairs water on arrival that the team could not have done more to fully resolve for us by next day. Very impressed by the high level of customer service. Thank you to the team at Villas Mandarine for an amazing family holiday to celebrate my 50th Birthday and the complimentary upgrade and magnum of champagne was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. We look forward to staying with you again.

I would have rated 4 star overall but unfortunately we found that the onsite Boss who runs the resort was very hostile. This was a shame as in general the reception staff are helpful but the boss is controlling everything and gives off a hostile vibe which over shadows the complete team. The villa and the complex was nice and the cleaners really good. The villa does need some modernisation and they should have smart TV in every bedroom (its a must in todays world). We did have an issue with a dripping sink, a bath that did not work and a noisy toilet. The maintenance man came and fixed the sink but did not ever come back for the other two issues. They are very quick to take your money for extras like heating the pool, breakfast, online shopping but did not fix the villa issues. The business model from the boss felt totally geared to money and not balanced to providing high end customer service. Many of the the other 5 star hotels have a dedicated a mini-bus which runs as a Taxi, as they have the name on the side. You need this sevice to complete in the 5 star environment as not everyone wants to hire a car especially with bigger families. The electric bikes could be a positive offering but the maintenance on them is poor and if you have a problem with the bike-you will be billed-that's in the paperwork you sign. Every-time i went to take take a bike, it was dirty from the previous person that had used it, the tyres were flat and chains and gears had not seen any oil for months. The maintenance team need to make sure every-time a bike is returned, that it is cleaned, road worthy checked and tyre pressure done for the next user. if you do take a bike--make sure you have the maintenance people do this. I had a problem with my bike and the boss claimed mis-use- i am 54 so was a joke, but she would not listen and was very rude. I could see the staff at reception was embarrassed by the Boss's behaviour. Overall we had a nice stay but they need a management change and a shift from away from being completely obsessed with profit to customer care. I hope this feedback is helpful as this complex has great potential and the Calvi area is lovely.

The Domaine Villas Mandarine is a wonderful place to stay. The facilities in and out of the villa were first rate and of a very high quality. The pool was beautiful as is the location, surrounded by hills. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Villas Mandarine. Lovely rooms with a great shower, hot water readily available and big comfy beds....perfect. Pool cleaned everyday, bbq cleaned everyday if you have used it, villa cleaned everyday....what more do you need. Lovely welcome pack of cold drinks, Corsican biscuits and a jar of homemade fig jam. Everything you need was there including the things required by a little one including pool and beach toys, high chair, cot, plastic cups, bowls etc. The spa on site was exceptional with lovely facilities Ideally situated only 5 minutes for Calvi Airport so no long transfers, very handy. Only 3 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes in to Calvi. The marina at Calvi is lovely with many restaurants and bars. Cannot recommend this place enough but make sure you don't all book up and prevent us from booking again!!

Depuis plus de 7 ans, nous fréquentons deux fois par ans cet établissement de locations de villas avec piscine privée gérée par une équipe très dynamique, et et hors norme! ( on les a vu se débattre avec volonté et force le fameux 18 aout 2022 lors de la tempête) Plus qu'un accueil chaleureux, des services irréprochables et surtout on s'y sent bien. Le " Hergé" ( de 7 à 7 ans ) de la location de villas, c'est bien ici : accueil personnalisé, livraisons de la boulangerie tous les jours et de courses sur demande, salle de jeux pour les enfants, services de conciergerie avec des hôtesses aux petits soins et massages sur mesures (mentions spéciales pour capucine, Sabrina , Élodie , Vanina) La gouvernante Anca est à l’écoute de toutes vos demandes. Les jardiniers sont discrets et efficaces. On part de ce petit paradis avec regrets ! Quelle belle réussite! Merci encore à cette formidable équipe , à Christian et à Françoise . Encore des vacances exceptionnelles grâce au domaine Villas Mandarine. Tout est pensé autour du client et de son bien être. L’équipe et la direction est aux petits soins pour nous et nos enfants, nous nous sentons ici comme chez nous avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d’humain. Les maisons sont magnifique avec un confort très haut de gamme, grande chambre avec salle de bain, dressing et même un bureau pour le télétravail. La cuisine et les extérieurs sont très bien équipés avec des matériaux de qualité et de dernière génération. On adore le spa avant gardiste avec ses soins uniques fait avec des cosmétiques corses. Que des plus qui vous facilite la vie, livraison du petit déjeuner, courses, réservation restaurants et activités… et les vélos électriques de haute qualité pour aller faire des courses dans le centre ville. Merci aux personnels et aux patrons de penser aux clients avant tout pour nous faire vivre tous les ans cette expérience. Nous pensons toute l’année à notre bonheur ici. A l’année prochaine !
