Just returned from a week at this hotel Food was good plenty of choice was all ways hot Very easy to get to beach 2 minutes away great place for kids really enjoyed our week away only

I have given this hotel 3 stars which is because I found the food to be of poor standard due to this we ate out all of our holiday even though we was All inclusive but my taste could be different from other peoples. The hotel itself was lovely the rooms were spotless. We had a sea view which I paid extra for and was well worth the money. Kids pools with slides where brilliant and the kids had endless fun the other pool was great also, staff welcoming. A few say about the lifts but we never had a problem, beach a few minutes walk away and shops and bars around 5 minutes away. I would go back to this hotel but on a room only basic due to the food and being ill after trying the food. So sad the food lets this hotel down as it really was a lovely hotel.

Check in was smooth enough when we arrived. Asked for a low floor due to a pre existing medical condition but was put on the 11th floor. The 3 lifts get busy but no more than a wait of a few minutes each time. Got to the room and it was a good enough size with ample space for luggage and to hang clothes. Walk in shower was a nice touch but temperature was hard to get right. The mattresses on the beds are extremely hard and we both woke up sore each morning. Pillows are OK. Because the hotel does free breakfast it's a bit of a zoo in the morning. There's plenty choice for everyone. Remember there's all sorts of nationalities that have to be catered for so it's not going to be 100% what you want but you'll find something. We stayed all inclusive so lunch and dinner was less of a cattle market and again, you'll find something to each on each visit. I'm quite fussy so it's not bad at all. The pool areas are lovely and very clean. The animation staff work tirelessly to keep younger kids and adults entertained. The All Inclusive drinks are local spirits and either Cruzcampo or Strongbow on draught. Neither are my favourite but free is free. Coca Cola products are the soft drinks. The hotel is a short stroll of around 15 minutes to the beginning of Magalufs bars etc or less if you use the steps down to the beach. This walk has the smell of drains and refuse though. Would I stay here again? Probably if the price was right.

Wouldn’t come back for all inclusive again! Every bit of food stone cold and never changed , always the same. Some items were just thrown together as leftovers as a dish! Air con didn’t work in the room had to sleep with balcony door open! The service and pools were great 👍🏻

Food and drinks were inedible and looks horrendous worst food ive seen in my life nothink was fresh and looked like had been stored for weeks I would avoid all inclusive at all cost would not recommend or go back there again we ate out everyday after whatvthey had to offer.

Great hotel for value family holiday . Location 5 mins to beach , bars and shops . Very good pools especially for children . Lots of sun beds . Restaurant busy but huge choice of food . Could be a bit cold sometime . Slow replenishing breakfast . Drinks fine with short queue at busy time . Room nice . Did have to request blanket as only sheets but was delivered quickly . Would recommend

Stayed 7 nights at the end of summer holidays, 2 adults, 2 kids. We all had a great time. The room was plenty big enough for us all, 1 double bed and a double soda bed. Balcony overlooking the pool. Plenty of wardrobe space and draws to unpack everything and space also to store the suitcases. Large shower with great water pressure. Hotelnis 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the shops and bars. We stayed all inclusive so not much need to leave the hotel. Food was OK, plenty to choose from and lots of different styles. Service gets very busy at times and often a queue to get seated but dining hall nissan big and the queue moves quickly. The pools are fantastic. 3 by reception and 3 on the lower level. Lots of slides for the kids and the animation team do games also. 2 paddling pools for the little kids too. As with all hotels, the sunbed snatchers reserve beds for the whole day to not use them. Hotel should enforce the no reserving beds policy. The bottom pool is closed overnight so there is a good chance to get a nice spot if your there when it opens at 10. Top tip: don't wait at the main stairs, go to the stairs on the left and you can chuck your towel over the handrail to the sunbeds. Stairs get very slippery, I fell down them and bruised all one side of my body. Wear flip flops. The hotel should really think about putting some anti slip coating on them as they are smooth tile. Check in took an eternity. All in all a great stay and we would stay there again

First holiday abroad with Foster boys and the Hotel did not disappoint everything was great, the pools, the shutes & flumes which did not open until 10 so no sunbed saving unlike the main pool and that is my only gripe because there are plenty of beds to go around but it is funny sitting on balcony watching all of them with their piles of towels saving their places.
