ルレ ラ ファットリア(Relais la Fattoria)

We stayed for a couple of nights. The first important thing to understand is no air conditioning which in the height of summer means the rooms are very hot. Breakfast is poorly managed…on the first morning I had to ask for cutlery, plates, glasses, butter, it was endless and the second morning wasn’t much better. It also took a lot of effort to get towels for everyone- basic things. The building and setting are great but the hotel needs to work on being more professional as the impression is that all the members of staff seem to have the same job so nobody is in charge and therefore the guest experience isn’t consistent

The location is very nice, the building ancient and nice. However…the rooms are not as pictured. Our room (Room 13 or 113) was small and cramped, the shower was very small and broken, and the room was on a noisy back street in the back of the hotel so beware. We asked for another room, but we were told they were all the same and our request was denied, we were not told the truth. Regrettably we did not photograph our room. During dinner on two different occasions, the owner and restaurant staff were arguing so loudly we heard them in dining area. On our second night the owner in an angry mood tossed our menus to us! The food was good and the location nice (except the view from our room), but this is not a Four Star hotel as advertised on some websites. Lastly, at checkout, there was no record of our room deposit and when we advised the owner of problems with the room, the owner argued and denied the problems that were pointed out. To be fair we offered to show the problems right then and there, but he refused our offer. The staff did their best, but the owner needs to sort himself out and understand the customer pays the bill that supports him and his staff, accept responsibility and stop living in a state of denial. I hope Roberto will accept this constructive evaluation and in the future listen to his customers and respect his staff. La dimora storica è un vero sogno,con un panorama stupendo sul lago Trasimeno. Relax assoluto a bordo piscina in completo silenzio,cibo ottimo e abbondante,camera confortevole arredata con coerenza data l'età della struttura. Il personale è gentile e non stressante. Consiglio la caffetteria e la cena del venerdì con musica dal vivo e tavoli a bordo piscina a lume di candela..atmosfera romantica e lussuosa. Lo consiglio a coppie che vogliono rilassarsi lontani dal caos cittadino e a chi cerca un pò di refrigerio durante le estati calde.

Nach vielen Jahren waren wir nun im Mai wieder erstmals in Umbrien. Das "Relais la Fattoria" in Castel Rigone kannten wir von früheren schönen Aufenthalten und so kehrten wir auch diesmal dorthin zurück. Castel Rigone liegt einfach schön in den Hügeln über dem trasimenischen See und das "Relais la Fattoria" hat auch nach der Coranaflaute immer noch seinen besonderen Charme und zieht einen in den Bann. Wir waren wieder verliebt in das Hotel mit seiner Geschichte, in seine zauberhafte Aussicht auf den See und in seine rustikale stilvolle Einrichtung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren absolut sauber. Beim Abendessen gab es auch Wein im Glas und die hausgemachten Tagliatelle waren grandios. Eine sehr positive Überraschung war auch das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbüffet, das uns am nächsten Morgen erwartete. Wieder zurück in München haben wir auch dieses Mal eine sehr schöne Erinnerung an das "Relais la Fattoria". Wenn wir noch eine Nacht Zeit gehabt hätten, wären wir gerne länger geblieben!

Splendido relais in un borgo meraviglioso con vista panoramica sul lago Trasimeno. Nuova gestione da poche settimane, personale sempre gentile e disponibile, molto attento al cliente. La struttura è meravigliosa e ha un grandissimo potenziale, le camere standard sono pulite ma un po datate e avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. La nuova gestione siamo sicuri saprà valorizzare al meglio la struttura. Colazione fantastica ricca e varia sia dolce che salata. Prezzo coerente. Accettano cani senza particolari limitazioni.

Avevo prenotato una confort e mi hanno assegnato quella che per loro è una junior di Suite. Il problema è che la camera è riscaldata da una stufetta elettrica rumoroso mentre il bagno da un termoventilatore non proprio silenzioso. C'è il camino che però non essendo testato non era usufruibile. La coincidenza ha voluto che il meteo facesse freddo per cui la notte diventava fastidioso riscaldare la camera. La TV c'era ma non funzionante cosi come il frigorifero. La pulizia non era stata accurata visto che sulla parete del camino c'era polvere. Tutto sommato visto il prezzo non ci siamo lamentati perché la camera se verrà sistemata a dovere è veramente bella avendo ancora arredamento dell'epoca ed un balcone veramente bello. Per ciò che concerne la colazione, ottima ed abbondante mentre non mi ha soddisfatto il pranzo del giorno di arrivo. Abbiamo chiesto un tagliere tipico e ci hanno portato qualche fetta di salumi e 3 scaglie di formaggio in un piatto bianco. Senza lode e infamia i pici ed il filetto. C'è da dire che sono 2 gestioni separate, hotel e ristorante, entrambe molto gentili. Sicuramente potrei ritornarci evitando però quella camera se non viene sistemata .

Avrei voluto prenotare per il ponte del 25 aprile, attraverso un regalo smart wonderbox di 2 gg, ma mi é stato detto che non era possibile per quel periodo attraverso i pacchetti regalo. Non mi sembra affatto corretto, se la struttura sta all'interno di un network non lo può fare ad uso e consumo proprio.

Il Relais La Fattoria è una residenza storica e sorge su una collina a 650 metri s.l.m con meravigliosa vista panoramica sul lago Trasimeno e sui colli, nel borgo medievale di Castel Rigone. Qui si deve dimenticare la frenetica vita di città e bisogna godere a pieno del tempo a disposizione... l' attesa diventa piacevole anche per apprezzare un simpatico gatto che ti fa le fusa per elemosinare un pezzetto di pane. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti con mezza pensione. Colazione a buffet assortito, dolce e salato, e cena con piatti tipici dell'Umbria. Ottima anche la carta dei vini proposti. La camera matrimoniale super confortevole, con arredamento essenziale e balcone con affaccio sul cortile interno, ideale per serate musicali e danzanti. La gestione della struttura è familiare. L'attenzione e un' accurata accoglienza è l'obiettivo del loro impegno per fare sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti. Noi abbiamo utilizzato un voucher, la cui prenotazione è stata disponibile immediatamente, e ringraziamo Roberto e la sua famiglia per averci fatto sentire comunque ospiti graditi. Ci torneremo volentieri, contattando direttamente voi come ci avete consigliato! A presto

Il posto è incantevole, la.struttura è molto bella ma non sfruttata al massimo. Evidente l'impegno ma la resa è stata pessima: stanza non pulita bene, cena pagata tantissimo per aver mangiato una misera grigliata fredda, e due primi, oltre al fatto che il personale era assente! Ci è stato fatto presente che solitamente in questo periodo la struttura non è aperta, ma a queste condizioni tanto vale restare chiusi! Peccato davvero, perché il borgo è incantevole.
