モーテル ロナ(Motel Rona)

I expected a bad place because of some reviews. But its actually a good place. Clean, very nice staff and very good WiFi. The breakfast is also totally ok for a short stay. I would come back here. Only thing I didnt like are the parking spaces, they are quite tight.

Super comfortable located north of Milano next to the highway. The outside view and premises would need to undergo the same smart renovation than the rooms, which are actually real good value for money and nicely refurbished. Breakfast has more variation than you expect in Italy :-) Very good overall experience.

Hotel breakfast is ok and the staff at breakfast are friendly... that's as good as it gets. The rooms are sweltering hot. I asked to change rooms straight after check-in and the staff advised that HVAC is broken for all rooms, has been for a while and wont be fixed - I had to go and buy a fan to cool the room. I had to check out early and they have a cancellation policy. Their policy is you can leave early but you do not get a refund, even though I specifically booked a hotel which would allow this. The room is clean, but very seedy - how many "4 star" hotels do you know of who supply hotel branded condoms in the toothbrush and comb utility box - a box of 2 condoms with 1 missing...? They also have nice frosted glass walls between the shower, toilet and bed area - classy. Further to that, on the wall opposite the entry door is a panel - soft soundproofed as all the others. If you look closely you'll see a small handle at the bottom and this panel opens to see a door into the service corridor. YOU as the guest can not open or lock this door, but the staff can at any time of day or night. If they do open the door and you are in the frosted glass walled shower or toilet then you expose your all to them. Another handy feature is the cupboard on the back wall. This also has a shelf with a hidden door which opens into the service corridor. Again, as the guest you can not lock this or stop the hotel accessing it 24 hours a day. Therefore if you want to use the shelf above the safe, do not put anything valuable there - the hotel can remove it while you are asleep.

Un établissement rénové avec brio et classe, on s'y sent bien, dans un confort digne d'un 4 étoiles, le service est à la hauteur de grands très grands hôtels. Le personnel est souriant, très professionnel et aux petits soin.

Da molti anni, la mia seconda casa a Milano. Comodissimo come posizione, pulito, ben gestito con comodi orari In e out e soprattutto con un parcheggio all'interno della bella struttura. Il personale che mi riceve quasi sempre alla sera, e' sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Le camere sono ben disposte e silenziose. Sicuramente consigliato dalla Scuderia internazionale Jolly Club.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all'Hotel Rona di Agrate Brianza e la mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. Fin dal momento dell'accoglienza, ho percepito immediatamente la professionalità e lo stile del personale dell'hotel. Sono stati cordiali, disponibili e attenti ad ogni mia esigenza durante tutto il soggiorno. Un aspetto che mi ha colpito particolarmente sono i prezzi molto economici offerti dall'Hotel Rona. Non solo ho trovato un alloggio di qualità, ma ho anche potuto godere di tariffe convenienti che hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Le camere dell'hotel sono assolutamente bellissime. Sono state arredate con uno stile moderno, che crea un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Inoltre, l'insonorizzazione delle camere è eccellente, garantendo un riposo tranquillo e senza disturbi. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione ai dettagli nella scelta dell'arredamento, che conferisce un tocco di eleganza e comfort. La pulizia dell'Hotel Rona è impeccabile. Ogni giorno la mia camera veniva pulita con cura e precisione, garantendo un ambiente sempre fresco e accogliente. Ho apprezzato molto il livello di pulizia e igiene mantenuto in tutto l'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel è sempre stato disponibile e pronto ad aiutarmi in caso di bisogno. Ho avuto la sensazione che il mio benessere fosse la loro priorità e questo ha contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In definitiva, consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Rona di Agrate Brianza a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole, dallo stile moderno e a prezzi convenienti. L'accoglienza del personale, le camere bellissime, l'ottima pulizia e la disponibilità dimostrata mi hanno conquistato. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Ottimo Motel ci vado spesso quando devo fare shopping,stanze nuove e pulite se è un hotel a ore poco mi interessa l importante è la pulizia e la tranquillita,la colazione molto bene cornetti ti buona qualità,continuerò a tornarci volentieri

Uno schifo 22/06/2022 ore 15 check in e 22:36 check out Prenotiamo la suite con la vasca per due , arriviamo e ci fanno quella con la vasca singola, cambiamo e nella seconda suite ci rendiamo conto che il bagno non era pulito. Chiediamo di cambiare ANCORA suite e nella terza neanche riuscivi a stare dal odore di m…a che non vi dico. Arriviamo e CAMBIAMO SUITE PER LA 4 VOLTA, ormai esausti 😥 ci arrendiamo ( il ragazzo della reception , un ragazzo giovane mortificato chiama la signora delle pulizie ) così da una spazzata perché la suite era piena di capelli e sporco per terra . Il colmo arriva alle 22:40 qiando lasciamo la stanza , alla reception un signore sulla 50 una ci fa pure pagare 12 euro per 2 acque e due lattine di coca . Una vergogna, oltre al disaggio che sarebbe da chiamare l’asl ci fanno ogare pure le bevande , qui era da prendere i soldi della prenotazione indietro e fargli ribaltare il motel . Uno schifo e la chiudo qui
