最初の夜の後、部屋の掃除もベッドメイキングもされなかったことにがっかりしました。部屋のドアノブには「迷惑行為をしないでください」という張り紙がかかっていた。私が発見したのは、部屋のサービスを希望する場合は、「新しいタオル」を要求する、部屋の椅子の上のタオルと一緒に外側のハンドルに別の看板を掛けるように指示するメモだけでした。 新しいタオルを求める目に見えた要求がない限り、清掃員が部屋に入らないのであれば、邪魔しないでくださいというサインの必要性は何でしょうか?誰も入ってこないよ。 私はタオルを毎日交換しないことの利点を十分に理解しており、それを支持します。しかし、部屋の「鍵」に付属していた紙のメモについて明確に知らせてほしかったと思います。

There was a polish lady at the reception - she was AMAZING! EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, professional. I have stayed in many hotels, also international and 5 star - and she is TOP! One of hte best receptionist I have ever come across. The others were so-so, sometimes unfriendly or not organized, but she made up for all their failures and was EXCEPTIONAL. The door to my room was faulty - so the cleaners never managed to go inside and clean my room while I stayed there for 3 nights, and not all cards worked - so cleaners jsut did not bother to go inside- which was disappointing. Also, the soap dispensers do not work well - very hard to get any soap out. - needs fixing properly.

Very Friendly people and staff. Location very good from town center. Breakfast amazing. I recommend and I would go again. Thank you .

It is not near to train station which is around 30 minutes walking distance. Be prepare wifi is only free for 30 minutes. But overall, it is value for price.

Good location, close to city centre. Basic amenities but you have to pay for parking yet no guarantee that you would find a space.

Nearby big stores however quite far away to the city center, behind the street which not friendly for ppl sleep light

Starting with their location, its quite far from Cambridge Station. From Cambridge Station to hotel: by walk is around 22 mins, by bus is 19-22 mins (£2.80 Adult). From Cambridge City Centre to hotel: by walk is around 27 mins, by bus is 15-19 mins (£1.50 Adult - Elizabeth Way Stop, £1.80 Adult - Newmarket Road stop) Their sevices are ok, friendly and respectful. But no smile, as in poker face. Cleanliness is on point. Absolutely clean and spotless. Very comfortable. As for amenities, they provide all-in-one wash which is bodywash + shampoo in one container fixed firmly on the wall. No bar soap.

The room is clean and comfortable. The food sold are delicious.

Good breakfast with free for kids. Good service. Quite a bit far from the centre.

Room was clean and tidy although very dark. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pre booked a breakfast which had lots of choice apart from only egg option was scrambled and Cumberland sausage was bit pasty. Over all good stay. Would book again.

Takes around 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The staffs seems do not know what they should do, e.g. asking unnecessary document during check-in, giving wrong key card that cannot open the door. Not a fair price with this unfriendly and unprofessional service.
