Our stay at Binatana sa Paraiso was truly amazing! The room was spacious and had a lovely pool. Plus, the stunning sunset view was breathtaking! The Internet connection was fast and reliable. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place, and I can't wait to book another stay if I ever have the chance to visit Camiguin again!

The best place to rest and recharge. I love the breathtaking views from our room. Food was delicious especially their PIZZA, superb! Excellent service. A very good place to stay here in CAMIGUIN. Would definitely recommend!

Great accommodation, friendly and helpful staffs, we became family during our 5 nights stay, the food was very good. All the rooms there had great view of the ocean and sunsets with deeping pool right outside our door. We'd come back again.👌🌊🏝️🐚🌞. They're very helpful in providing transportation to any attractions in the island. There is nothing within walking distance like shopping or 7/11 nearby, but they made our stay very comfortable. The location was very calming, relaxing and romantic.

We booked Bintana sa Paraiso because of its great reviews and its also a Trip advisor 2023 winner so we went for it. What we LIKE: Great and humble staff. They are exceptional The view was marvelous. Food was great. What we DONT LIKE: A LOT The facility itself is not senior-friendly. It has large steps and no side rails to hold onto. The bathroom has a distinct unpleasant smell and its small. It has a loose towel rack and the stainless steel where the shower is attached is loose. You can also see the wiring of the shower that can be hazardous. We booked 2 romantic rooms, the upper and lower suites, so we got to compare the both. The LOWER suite has a bedroom bench and it has more tables. The TV mount is also adjustable and the AC of the room can make the room much cooler. The upper suite has NO bedroom bench, it has only 1 table, and the TV mount is not adjustable (which we complained during our stay but they fixed it right away). Some bulbs are not working. The light bulb switches are confusing. The room itself even though we set the AC to 14C has a warmer temperature compared to the lower suite. Which really disappointed and frustrated us. We complained all night to the staff and to the manager about the this. We checked the other rooms in the resort if the AC of the other rooms has the same condition but only the upper romantic suite has an AC that is not cooling enough. We suggested to the manager to transfer us or downgrade us to the lava room for the rest of our stay because it is cooler there but we weren't allowed since there would be a conflict with the other guests in the succeeding days. So the solution of the management was.. On our first night, we stayed in the LAVA room, gave us free complimentary breakfast and on the next day, we will be transferred back to the original room we booked once the AC technician is done checking whats the problem of the AC. Knowing that it's done, the technician said it has no problem, but the room is still not cooling enough. We placed our mattress on the FLOOR just to feel the cooler air and they lent us 2 electric fans just to make us feel comfortable. I must say, during our stay was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE stay we had on ALL our travels here in the Philippines. We we're really disappointed during our stay and it's not recommendable at the moment.

The hotel/resort is located next to the ocean at the bottom of the hill which provided the quiet of getting away from the world. Rooms were clean and spacious each with its own infinity pool. The Grand Tiki room is located best! The staff were very friendly and catered to your needs without being intrusive. The food was very good and you order the floating breakfast once during your stay. Camiguin Island is spectacular and you should hire Brian for 8 hrs to tour the Island he makes sure you get to see all the natural beauty to offer including Hot Springs, Soda Mineral Spring Pools, water falls and ride over the volcano provides some spectacular views. Brian make our stay so much more than expected and the room setting had already set a high bar.

The hotel is located around 30 minutes car ride from the airport on a hillside with nice views of the mountains and you can even see White Island from afar. ++ staff very attentive and friendly ++ easy arrangement of tours, massages, etc. ++ good photo spots and outdoor areas are well maintained + food is good, not everything on the menu was available. There are no restaurants nearby, would require a car or motor bike. There are some sari sari stores up the hill in the next village. - drain in the bathroom was a bit smelly - hot shower didn‘t work (wasn’t neccessary tho) and quite low water flow - lots of ants on the balcony area and some in the room Bring bug spray since there are lots of mosquitos.

Bintana sa Paraiso is truly a Paradise such a breathtaking views ~ no hidden agenda ! It reminds me a little bit of Santorini , Côté d azure Nice, France and Amalfi Coast , Positano the positive vibes! The service is the best ~ start with Bryan, Hazel, Anna, Elsa, and Melvin - they are great Excellent service !!! Can’t complain . Bryan such a big help , he explained to me about Camiguin islands~ Such a wonderful person !
