Everything was good just they should offer complimentary 2 water bottles when traveler checked in infact they can include the water bottles price into room price

Great location, 2 mins to the beach

Everything was perfect, at least for me. The location was so near to the beautiful beach, shops, restaurants , and some hiking places.

Everything was good ! 👍 Very nice stay before early morning flight . Room was simple, clean and quiet. Great free parking not long from hotel. There were many restaurants around. Near to the beach and restaurants. Very helpful staff . Good with swimming pool!

Basic but room clean . Food was nice , stayed half board, resort lovely , pool area nice and never struggled to get a sun bed , staff all friendly and helpful , have stopped before , would stop again 😀 mother and daughters break , weather was wonderful too

I’m writing this review because I was so overwhelmed by how amazing the customer service is in this hotel. The two gentlemen on the reception desk whilst we stayed7-10th sept gave by far the best service I’ve ever received on holiday. Our air con was broken and within minutes they were supplying fans and a technician who fixed it within 30 mins. The politeness, information and cleanliness was amazing. It made the hotel feel so much more than what it is. The location is fantastic I would return!

Very helpful staff. Location is perfecta d very convenient to reach as busy stops are just next to it. Very close to airport, beach and main market. Very clean rooms and serviced daily. Swimming Pool is awesome. Best part is grand breakfast (loved it).

Good breakfast ( great choice and quality ),all very clean, all friendly staff. Pool area stops it getting a 5*.nice size room with good bathroom/ shower. We had a good view over Mountains . Hotel near airport but no planes going overhead. Worth the money.

Great hotel super close to the beach reasonably priced would recommend to families and couples. Good sized rooms and clean bathrooms which is very important. Staff was very helpful I will be returning soon again. Only downside is one small lift in whole hotel

Enjoy going back. Super hotel, good location, excellent staff and superb breakfast buffet. Cleanliness first class in rooms and attention to detail on the inside and outside areas keep us going back. There are some splendid fish restaurants in the area, or smaller tapas places. We were able to walk into the lovely capital of Palma with a couple of nice beer stops on the way in which to have a rest or snack. In the other direction we could walk to the far end of the Arena, again plenty off beer stops in the heat overlooking the white sandy beach. Unfortunately we had to pass through Playa De Palma on our way filled with hundreds of noisy Germans drinking, swearing and doing lewd things the litter they left was horrendous…stick to Can Pastille

Fabulous time with the family at this hotel.the staff go above and beyond for you the location is fantastic it’s right on the beach front. The air conditioning works perfectly too.Thank you so much Amic Miraflores we will definitely be back

This little hotel is clean, comfortable, and has an unbeatable location close to the seafront and to many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Bus stops to and from Palma and the airport a minute's walk away. Fantastic breakfast buffet selection. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone.
