The positives for this hotel are. It's on a beautiful location right on the beach. Lovely clean spacious foyer on entrance very smiley, pleasant helpful young man (in his 30s) dealt with my check in efficiently. He also asked if I needed help to my room as I was on crutches with a bag and case. It has a lovely area outside the front of hotel to sit and relax with a drink with fantastic views. The negatives.....Ok I'm a solo traveller and I pay a supplement and the reason being is because there is usually a double bed or 2 singles in the room. And they lose out on another guest paying and staying in the room, hence solos pay extra. But my room was tiny and only had a single bed so it was wrong to charge me a supplement as i wasn't in a double occupancy room. Yes i booked through a third party and I know they do that. Someone said if i book direct with the hotel i wouldn't have had to of paid a supplement. I looked at the hotel website they would also of charged me extra as a solo even though it only consisted of a single bed. Bedside table was just a round table with no drawers, no drawers in the wardrobe or under the desk. Toilet was dirty on the under side of the seat (not rust) photo added. Took photo and showed the receptionist and was cleaned the next day. View from my balcony was a wall and another balcony. No glass or disposable plastic one in the bathroom as there normally is. The next day I asked the man behind the bar if I could have a glass for my room please as I needed one for water to take my tablets with. He refused to let me have one so I ended up going out and buying my own. I really am not a fussy person and do not expect 5 star in a 3 star hotel but it would be nice to have half decent food to eat. It was either dry tepid or cold and not very nice at all. Just one example of this was the lady who was replenishing the food and sorting it out in the restaurant brought some slices of cooked beef out with a sauce on. As i helped myself straight away i expected it to be nice and hot, Wrong, it was cold and tough just like the other Meats and veg at other meal times. Some of the staff were nice and polite some were not. A smile goes a long way. It would be wise to take a leaf from the Js Portocolom hotel in Palma which I stayed at last year and will be returning to again later this year.

Super Hotel, excellent breakfast, top location i recommend it for everyone!! 🤩🥂😍 Wonderful stay! Clean, cozy rooms and super friendly staff. Great location near the city center. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Excellent value for money — would definitely come back!

Don't let bad reviews stop you coming here. Loved it, stayed in one of the rooms nobody seems to like, was a little upset at first but as a solo traveller it was absolutely fine. Comfy bed, air con, toiletries and cleaned every day by a lovely lady called Marsa, who was brilliant. Food was good, lots of choice and different everyday. Hotel has checkout at 12 which is nice so no rushing. This is a 3 star hotel and there are better hotels nearby but not in a better location. I would not have swapped any of them for this one. Plenty of restaurants on your doorstep if needed and about 12 steps from the most beautiful beach, with crystal clear waters. All staff I encountered were fantastic! I will be coming back. The hotel is well organised, staff is very attentative. Decent breakfast, beds ok. We arrived very early, but were able to enter a room before actual checkin time. That was not the type of room we booked and at the end of the day we were transfered to the type of room we did book. One downside, every now and then a somewhat strange smell was produced by the air conditioning

we got there and they had no room for us on 1st night so was sent to another hotel apart from that lovely hotel great views of sea, good food with good choices , clean and friendly staff
