就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

Amazing hotel! Excellent location max 10 min walk to beach. Pools were Excellent! Something for everyone. We managed to get sunbeds everyday. Son and husband enjoyed games room. Food was great we found the food good. Lots of choices. Usually have pizzas, pasta some grilled chicken, steaks, fish, then a theme Italian, spanish, sushi, shellfish etc. Salad bar. Cooked meats and cheese and desserts. Breakfast was great the usual spanish bacon, sausages Usually 2 or 3 different types, beans scrambled eggs.... freshly cooked eggs, omelette, pancakes each day. Wide range of fruits, pastries, yoghurt, Cooked meats and cheeses. Lots of fruit juice machines and coffee machines. Our favourite night was the spanish night! The odd morning they had some special additions... one day they had a donut station, smoothie station, waffle and chocolate fountain. Rooms were clean and beautiful presented. Cleaned everyday to a great standard and cleaner was friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect. Had beautiful view of the sea and pool area. 2 guys on reception we dealt with were amazing. One night our air conditioning was leaking. Reception helped and was sorted promptly. Definitely recommend

We arrived at this hotel as a large party for a family wedding. My booking through ******* was unexplained, and i arrived in a panic. Juan at reception quickly reassured me that my booking was still valid and later upgraded our room to a junior suite. His excellent communication and prompt action ensured our stay went without hiccup. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although we used little of their facilities. Room was very spacious, clean and tidy. Tv had english speaking channels and fridge filled with beveridges. All staff at reception were extremely helpful and offered assistance with cases when we checked out.

A great hotel all round. We travelled with our children so didnt eat in the roof top bar but some of the group did and enjoyed it. The only downside is the lifts. A bit of a pain with the double buggy as only 2 lifts were big enough and one of the lifts were out of order towards the end of the holiday which slowed them down slightly. I would definetly return though if we got a good deal like I felt we did. Also a bonus was that cider was also included in the all inclusive.

This was a fantastic family holiday and the hotel and staff were exceptional. We’d never done an all inclusive deal before, so didn’t know what to expect. However the food was the best part of the stay, so much choice and good quality, lots of fresh produce and different themes for main meals each day. If was amazing. The drinks were also varied and unlimited with Cruzcampo as their standard beer, at least 2 of each wine to choose from and plenty of spirits. The pool in the photos was large with lots of sun loungers and pods available although you’d have to reserve before breakfast if you wanted them all day. Staff were very helpful, and a shout out to our Jet2Holidays rep John who was a huge help and fun with it. The room was comfy and as advertised. A five star review.

We spent the last week of August at Tonga Tower hotel, a family of four with 2 teenage girls. We had a fantastic time, and loved the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and exceptionally hard working. Our room on the 3rd floor was ideal as we avoided any queues for the lift by using the stairs. As we were later in the season the sunbed queue started around 7.45 for the doors to open at 8am, there were plenty of sunbeds but were all taken by the time we left breakfast. Towels are €10 each, refundable deposit. The pool area is good, the pool was large enough for ball games, and there are other smaller pools round the back of the hotel which are quieter. The hotel is next to McDonald's drive thru, but there were no issues with noise, cars or burger smells. The food was excellent, with 3 picky eaters there was always something for them too. There are lots of other European guests so the food is a wide mix, we always manged to find a table easily, and only found the outside tables in the restaurant a few days in, which were nice for breakfast. The pool bar has a good selection of pizza, burgers, pasta and salad daily from around 12.30 to 5.30, and also a self-serve ice cream machine and lollies and cornetto style ice cream available from the bar. Drinks generally fine for us, queues in the evening for drinks went down really quickly. The evening entertainment was the usual mix of singers and entertainers and was fine. The rooftop sky bar for adults was lovely, we didn't go for dinner but it was lovely for afternoon drinks, quiet and peaceful with amazing views. Can Picafort beach is a 5 minute walk, and the town itself is pleasant. We had a day in Palma which is a lovely city and worth a visit, great shops and restaurants. The bus took about 1.5 hours though, but was good value at about £35 return for all four of us, the bus stop is outside Aldi, 5 minutes walk and you simply tap in with your card and tap out. Alcudia is also only about 20 minutes away on the bus, the Sunday market in the old town was massive, very busy but worthwhile. All in all we had a great holiday at Tonga Tower, and would go back again.

Myself and my friend (both hardworking mummys) absolutely loved Tonga Towers. We stayed for four nights and it honestly felt like we were totally relaxed by the time we left. We both agreed that out children would also love it here! Loads to do (if you wanted to do anything- we just wanted to chill!) AMAZING food- hot and plentiful with a great selection every meal time. Staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. Wristband a fab idea, not only unlocks your room but also is scanned for any drinks ordered! Transfer was FINE! We were nervous after reading reviews on here, but it was indeed the 1hour 45mins stated on the transfer time and we were too busy looking around to worry about how long it took. Perfect from start to finish. THANK YOU! X

we had a lovely holiday at the Tonga Tower hotel The rooms were cleaned everyday with clean towels everyday the cleaning staff was very friendly .The food was great plenty of choices some days i did find it a bit cold by the time you got back to sit at the table the waiting staff were great the reception staff was also very friendly as were the animation time they got my granddaughter involved in everything so a big thank you to them .The entertainment in the evening was very good . Right for the negative of the holiday it's all down to the rude bar staff not all of them one in particular i couldn't make out his name but it started with an M short man he was just awful everything was too much work for him . Overall i would have given this hotel a five star review but unfortunately the bar staff let you down so no I wouldn't return unless they had better training to be more professional .

Rooms were clean, Staff was nice and helpful. Food delicious, big variety of everything. Unfortunately, I got overeaten every day. Negative - quite far from the sea (700 m), the hotel swimming pool rather shallow.

Wonderful friendly hotel , the entertainment every night was fantastic and the odd event throughout the day got the kids involved Food was plentiful and it varied every day , kids loved the donut day! The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless

Such an amazing family holiday. We enjoyed every minute of it. The check in process was simple the staff were so friendly and approachable and spoke great English. Our triple family room was lovely and had a side sea and a view of the mountains, lots of space and large balcony (The only down side to the room was the drains in the bathroom smelt like egg an awful lot) The amount of pools were great which meant everyone could enjoy what they wanted (Down side to the pool were a lot of tiles were falling off the walls and floor and if you wanted to guarantee you and your family sunbeds then you had to start queuing at 07:20 with your towels ready for the doors to open at 08:00am to reserve one, if you didnt do this then you would not find a sunbed at any pool) however we didnt mind this as we were up early each day anyway. The food was amazing, great choices for everyone for breakfast lunch and dinner and the pool bar was fab especially if you wanted lunch in your swimwear outside. The ice cream machine was incredible, the best help yourself Mr Whippy!! Not a lot going on in the day time for entertainment but there was still music around the pools and a fun atmosphere. The evening entertainment staff were amazing and put on the most 5* performances each night along with live singing, parott shows and move. All in all this hotel was pretty perfect and I would 100% return :) Thank you BG Tonga Towers for an unforgettable family holiday :)

First day/night have to say this place is really Nice day went well food a lot of options, confused with the night bar staff as 4 of us ordered 4 drinks myself all day and up till early evening as there is 4 of us, then bar told me can only order 2 at a time SO CONFUSED 😕. also for a 4 plus start then at 10 they give you plastic cups I am over 40 and can drink and expect a glass of beer not a plastic cup- story TBC will let you know how goes wrest of week

We happened to be there the week of the total eclipse. When you’re on the 11th floor of the hotel you felt very lucky to experience such a fantastic experience. The hotel Animation team were amazing with my little one all week and enjoyed going into Kids Club in the afternoon’s when it was too hot outside. Some of the hotel staff, in particular the waiting staff in the restaurant could be slightly friendlier and more helpful. A handful of them were quite hands on but some were either pretty useless or just had bad attitudes. Getting to the hotel from the airport if you’re using a coach transfer is long, prepared to be on the coach for 2 hours. If you want to get a taxi, it’s approx 45-50mins but you’ll pay around €90 one way. The area around the hotel is nice once you get down to the beach front. Plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and shops and the beach is beautiful. It’s not expensive to hire the sub loungers on the beach all day either. The room was average, quite run down in the bathroom - needed some TLC. Pillows and mattress are no comfier than lying on a beach but we managed and eventually you get off to sleep if you can manage to sleep through the noise of scraping balcony chairs and people stomping around on other floors. My suggestion is to use the AC to drown out the exterior noises. The rooms were very clean though and the housekeeping staff were lovely and really kind when we had a toilet accident with our little one.

We stayed at Tonga Towers from 29th July-10th August this year and it was quite simply our favourite place to stay in all the years that we've been holidaying in Mallorca. The staff are wonderful and do all they can to make the holiday experience relaxed, fun and enjoyable. Special mention must go to Yevgeni on the reception desk who is an absolute character, a really funny guy with a great sense of humour who met us as we arrived post midnight on our first day with all the information we needed and put smiles on all of our faces (as an official fellow 'Predator' I was made most welcome!) The entertainment team deserve a big mention too. I've never seen an entertainment team work so hard! Their in house dance shoes were amazing and truly professional, I would have paid good money to watch them! Even in between shows (which were 3 times a week) they were constantly rehearsing on stage to make their performance as magnificient as possible - each and every one of the team are amazing dancers and deserve all the recognition for this. Thanks too, to Alex who took us out on a lovely long mountain bike ride and showed great interest in us all, asking questions and giving us plenty of facts on the environment we explored (the best Lady Gaga impersonator I've ever seen too!) The hotel is the cleanest we've ever stayed in - again, all due to the wonderful staff who are on pool duty all day and do not allow any snacks to be taken from the outdoor restaurant area to be eaten around the pool - this had the benefit of a clean pool area with no flies or wasps etc. Rooms are immaculately clean and big enough for everyone to have their own space (we had a family room) and the all inclusive restaurant areas were incredible - very busy, but this is to be expected of a large hotel but the staff would always find us a table (all the trickier as we were a large group of 5) and clean up the eating area if required. The selection of food was amazing, different culinary selections each night with the wise addition of local Mallorcan cuisine too, the regular cheese selections were too good to turn down too. Sports facilities are excellent as well - we played Padel and Tennis and these were simple to book, giving you an hour to play - the charge of 15 euros to play Padel for an hour was a little steep but again, it is is a holiday so why not! We were so impressed and would happily holiday at Tonga Towers again - the staff work so hard and should get the credit they deserve for making our stay such a pleasure.
