Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

Todo perfecto, limpieza, servicio, habitaciones… fuimos de viaje en pareja y es espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Excellent hotel, unbelievable buffet, great location. Great clean room. Hotel located in the northern part of the island. Weather was perfect for cycling maybe too cold for Beach. Was there for nine days of Cycling. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

Lovely hotel , clean and well looked after . The food was excellent and the whole place had a friendly atmosphere thanks to the wonderful staff especially Evgeril on reception calm and knowledgeable nothing too much trouble and Gabriela whos smile lit up the bar. Thankyou all

Stayed at Tonga Tower for a week all inclusive with my partner and 10 year old son. Booked with Jet2 and as mentioned on other reviews it takes upto 2 hours to transfer from the airport. First impressions of the hotel are very good as it is very clean. We stayed in a junior apartment which was clean and spacious with a small kitchenette which was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. The restaurant is very chaotic and felt too small for the amount of hotel guests. Busy times you need to queue toget into the restaurant and queueing again once inside for food and limited food choices. Fresh pizza were good but more queueing and there never seemed to be enough. cold pasta and a choice of 2 tomato based sauces, grilled meat and some kind of stew with vegetables. We all got fed up with the food after a couple of days and ended up eating out in the evening. The pool areas are clean and well maintained, but this is let down by the distinct lack of sun loungers, and long queues at the pool bar and main bar for drinks and food at snack bar. The only day we managed to get sun loungers, my partner had to join a queue of around 20 other guests waiting from 7.30am in reception for the doors to the pool area to be opened. Once the doors opened it was a free for all and I witnessed one set of guests take 6 loungers and 3 cabanas for their party. Another let down is the amount of queueing that you have to do. Lack of toilets in the public areas of the hotel meant long queues every time you needed to go. Entertainment was ok but not great. We went out most evenings and had a walk along the beachfront in can picafort, where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. I wouldn't choose to stay at Tonga Tower again.

Very nice hotel, very clean . Food was great always a good selection , the entertainment staff worked very hard and were great with the children ,infact the night that they did were better than the out of house entertainment. Bar staff always happy and polite really can't fault this hotel

Arrived back from Tonga towers after 10 nights. 2 adults and 9 year old. We had booked transfer with jet 2 but upon landing we decided to let the coach know we wouldn’t be getting on and we paid for a taxi as we heard it could take up to 2 hours. We arrived at the hotel after 40 minutes in a taxi. First impressions of our room were great. We booked the apartment. It had a small kitchen area, breakfast bar, cooker, microwave etc. my son had a pull out sofa bed and we had a huge king size maybe bigger. The rooms separated with sliding doors. Bathroom was nice. Everything was clean and we had fresh towels and beds made every day. The only thing we needed was more wardrobe space, and a plug by the mirror! We were on the 5th floor and the lifts were honestly a nightmare. You could wait up to 10/15 minutes for a lift and then when one did arrive they were so small that sometimes they were full and we couldn’t get in. It was quicker but annoying to walk up and down the stairs. Pool areas are lovely. Nice and shallow in most parts for the kids. Small lazy type river, main pool, small round pool and a jacuzzi type pool with built in sun loungers. There is also a gated pool area with a slide and splash part this is mainly aimed at much younger children. It’s also where the kids mini club is. My partner queued at 7:45am every morning to get the loungers we wanted. The queue is all the way along the reception area by 8am. There were a few loungers spare but the hotel really could do with getting more as there’s plenty of room. My son usually never goes to the kids club but this holiday he was there every day, twice a day. He was old enough to be left on his own but if I’d of had younger children I probably wouldn’t have left them there as there is no signing in or out. It is in the gated area but the pool is also within the area and the children are free to come in and out of the mini club building so I’d be wary of younger ones just going off into the pool. The mini club staff were brilliant . Always had time for my son. He took a shine to them all but especially Oleg. They played games inside, jigsaws, painting, crafting, you can pay extra to paint T-shirts , bags etc. they do football on the pitch next door. Water games, treasure hunts around the grounds. He cried when he had to leave on the last day. They work really hard and most of the staff are there from 9/10am and are still there working past 10/11pm. Adults games included archery, four in a row etc but these didn’t seem advertised as much and when I asked if my son could do four in a row they said it’s really adults only. He was allowed in the end as no adults wanted to play this. There didn’t seem much effort put into the adults side. Restaurant gets busy. The usual all inclusive food. Pizza, pasta, meat mostly pork, paella, rice, soup etc. we got a bit fed up of the food in the end but there is always something. The children’s buffet which included chicken nuggets, sausag

The hotel is very clean, the staff are amazing but the all inclusive food was not great, ended up eating out for lunch and dinner but did not put me off returning

Smaller than originally thought but excellent rooms, incredibly clean with great aircon and plenty of room. Food was excellent. Variations each night. Entertainment was better than expected although we didn’t see each night. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, passing a variety of restaurants along the way.

Tonga Towers Hotel was the whole package. From the food, to the room, to the views and the local area, everything you need is on the doorstep. The staff keep the hotel very clean at all times, the pool is spacious and has a shallow area around for small ones to walk on, or for sunbathing in the water. There are a couple of other pools, including a fenced off children's area, with slide and climbing frame. Beer on all inclusive Cruz campo! 2 cup rule for alcoholic drinks but that was fine for us. Nice wind on very hot June days, much needed. Roof top bar views (adult only) out of this world, a picture won't do it justice. We loved it so much I am going to return with my family as it was a great hotel and location, and just 10 minutes walk to the beach and local shops. A must visit.
