Dear Neil, thank you for watching over my daughter when she stays there. She just loves staying there, she says it’s quiet, clean and well managed. She appreciates staying in a safe place. She likes the peace and quiet, hot water plentiful, and cleanliness and she can make a cup of tea in the microwave whenever she’d like one. You folks are the best. Thank you again.

What a pleasant surprise to find the Canaan Motel open 24hrs, and to find the rooms are renovated and I was sleeping on a new comfortable bed....if you happen to be in this area drop by....Neel will happily take care of you.....quite - clean - reasonable priced rooms...and a coffee complete with cereal breakfast waits for you in the morning

Very clean and convenient to where we wanted to go. Would stay again. Staff very nice and personable. Great price for the amenities. Comfortable efficiency with a lot of space. Long ride from where we started but well worth it upon arrival to the area.

The client service here was sub par. They seriously need to rethink the way they treat clients. I was horrified by the way they spoke to me . It is not a friendly hotel at all and I suggest you go elsewhere when in Maine.

Extremely well Maintained older Motel. Freshly painted and new flooring. Our Room was larger than many hotels. Neil showed us our room before we decided to stay. All rooms non-smoking and they had an ADA room available. Would stay there again.

Although expensive the quality of the motel exceeded expectations on all levels . Super clean, new floors, beds, bedding - it seems everything perfect . Fastidious attention to detail.not even plastic cups. Double sinks outside the commode room was a nice touch. Good shower.
