Todo bien pero carecia de personal y no había buen servicio

Bartender was SUPER rude at bar one. He only liked a certain group of people and was super helpful with them. Checking in was also a struggle. But they did apologize for the confusion. The room was clean. The common areas were decent. Food was subpar. The Italian restaurant was about 2 hours long. We got our appetizers super fast and then after that it went downhill.

Can’t wait to go back! I’m always mindful of good service and good attitude in restaurants and hotels… and Sandos Cancun delivers. We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and came back already making plans to return. The hotel is a bit smaller than others in the area which gives you more personalized attention. A special Thanks to the staff: Adriana and Juan at front desk. In Lobby area to Judith. At the restaurants: Edgardo, Santiago, Poissot, Jonathan, Ivan, Jessica and Yosmar for hosting. At the spa for Eleazar and Alejandra. And we also Joined their Royal Elite club this trip which is affordable and convinient if you vacation at least once a year. So thanks to Ander, Cindy,Felix, Luis, Anabel and Carlos “Charlie” from the vacation club staff. Totally recommend it!

Took a short weekend trip for my birthday. No special birthday treat. Hotel very clean, and all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms: Very spacious, no need to upgrade unless you want a balcony. A/C worked well. Nice shower and full size tub. Downsides: is 1 sink, and no vent in the toilet room. Housekeeping: I wish I noted our camarista's name; it might have been Guadalupe. Anyway they did an excellent job plus they kept the mini-bar well-stocked. It would be nice if there were some light snacks provided. Gift shop: exorbitant prices. We paid over thirty USD for a sunscreen. Advice to management is not to do this to your guests. Pro tip - go to the Farmacia just outside the resort, about a 2 minute walk off the property. Entertainment: Not enough to do after dinner. Huge gym w/ Lots of equipment and yoga room. Beach: Very clean, limited chairs and cabanas. Food: Decent. I'm vegan and had no trouble finding things to eat. Room service: very fast, fresh food. A disappointment was the amount of time I wasted waiting to talk to the chef, only to have him tell me that there is something vegan at each restaurant, just ask, and that it's not as serious as if I had an allergy. I felt that was a very dismissive comment, as being vegan is extremely important to me.

This place is amazing for couples. Lots of activities the beach is great, the staff very polite and attentive. The rooms needs some upgrades but overall had a great time.

It is a lovely modern hotel, with activities during the day as a music DJ at the pool and musician playing! Fun team on the beach providing games… Good quality food and varied.

Loved the beach, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a few issues in the room and response was immediate. Food options were good, did not care for Italian.
