Smooth check in & Check out Good food and staff Specially Seby Jonathan Papri Ranjeet Sayanti Definitely recommended for family and group of people

We had a booking for 2 days with a 7 months old infant and a child.But this hotel almost ruined our vacation.There are few points I need to highlight 1.The check in process was horrible.The reception staff lack knowledge and professionalism.They made us wait 1 hr even after we reached the hotel after the check in time that is 3 pm.Upon asking several times,they said the rooms are not available.But we booked the tickets nearly 2 months prior through MMT.My 7 months old infant was crying in hunger,but the reception staffs were busy gossiping. 2.Finally we got the room on the ground floor with an uncleaned front yard.They said they upgraded the room which we never asked for. 3.Then comes the real nightmare.The door lock was not working the whole time in our stay .We had to go to reception every time we wanted to open the door.Basic necessity like door lock was not working in this so called 4 star hotel. 4.The way to the beach was isolated and full of insects and creepers.It was way too far from the property.I got a bad insect bite while going to the beach. 5.Then comes the taxi mafias sitting just at the entrance of the hotel.They threatened our taxi driver not to pick us up from the hotel.No outside taxi driver will agree to pick you up and you had to book a taxi from them with almost double the amount of fare.But the hotel won't do anything and won't provide you any taxi. Our stay in the lemon tree amarante was a nightmare and I won't recommend anyone to go to this pathetic hotel especially if you have a kid.I don't know how reputed chain of hotels like Lemon tree is associated with this kind of pathetic property. The only good thing was the food.The restaurant staff were really good especially Amjid.

It was a good experience in this resort. During to check in date the staff behaviour and service we are really very happy. Food quality and taste also very good. Thanks to Sayanti her nature is very good she take care of our check out.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful two‑night recent stay at Lemon Tree Amarante. It truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The bell boy greeted me with a bright smile and immediately took care of my luggage. Entering the lobby, I felt an uplifting, positive vibe. After a long journey, I was glad that check‑in was swift and seamless, thank you reception team provided the express check‑in. The property itself is so beautiful. The pool was crystal clear and very well maintained. My room was neat and clean. Housekeeping has clearly done a fantastic job. Breakfast the next morning at restaurant was delightful. The buffet spread was extensive, offering cuisines to satisfy all tastes. I would especially like to highlight the name of Mr. Amjid from F&B service his warm welcome, personalized attention, and genuine interest in our stay made a big difference. I also want to mention Ms. Sayanti of the front office. Her kindness and professionalism were “the icing on the cake”—she went above and beyond, especially when I requested a late check‑out due to a late evening flight. She handled it so nicely, doing her best to accommodate my request. Throughout my stay, she welcomed every guest with grace and warmth. Also, I never forget this name Mr Roman Disilva the General Manager of this hotel, he himself come and meet personally with each and every guest during breakfast and took feedbacks from all guest. I sincerely thank you and your entire team for the warm hospitality and for making my stay such a memorable experience

Very nice experience in this resort all staff are very cooperative and supportive thanks to sayanti from front office she is very helpfull and nice .
