全体的には予想よりも良く、オンラインで言われていたほど悪くはありませんでした。衛生状態は問題なく、ベッドやタオルなどは掃除されており、カーペットは交換されており、ネットで言われているほど古くはありません。シャワーはウォーターマッサージのように激しく噴射され、非常に爽快です。デメリット：室内の遮音性が低い。

I chose this hotel because we were only needing a room for one night to hike for a couple of days. On arrival, the aroma of curry and BO threw me off, wanting to get out as quick as possible. I did not want to listen to the instructions from the male receptionist. The single queen sized room is found to be dated. I like rustic wood furniture and furniture, but it could use some livening up and new bedding. The fridge installed under the countertop stove did not work. However, there was a bar sized fridge provided to replace the one that did not work. We didn’t bother trying to see if the stove worked. Both taps were worn out and could be turned on or off from either direction. The faucet provided very little water to wash dishes. You are charged an extra $10 if dishes are not cleaned and placed back, which is understandable but provide a sink and water flow to wash the dishes. We did find that the bedding and rooms were fairly cleaned but dated. The bed was hard and was a spring mattress on a captains bed, so there is no boxspring. There were children running up and down the stairs and slamming room doors. We were placed in room 106 and it was just beside the stairs and close enough to a side entrance/exit. We were close enough that I could smell cigarette smoke from someone coming from outside. One lady was on a phone call for an hour in the hallway with the call on speaker phone. We did experience some difficulty with the TV at first. We were able to troubleshoot.

Sorta worn down, but very good for the price. The bed was on the stiffer side, lots of pillows. Love the charm of it on the outside, it’s like a Swiss Chalet with timber, stone and stucco. Lots of parking. I love the Deadman’s Flat area, it’s quiet and closer to Calgary. Would recommend.

Price and location are ok. Rooms require upgrade. TV selection is poor (5 channels only).

It was dirty no security no heat brought up a space heater then the walls didn’t control the noise ***** being smoked just horrible

We liked the price and the location close to canmore. Sheets had stains on it but rest was ok. Good hotel for that price.

Check-in was fast & friendly. The suite allowed my mother-in-law to have her own room. It was spacious and clean. The beds were semi-firm and comfortable. All of the items in the kitchen were clean and working. (The can opener was a LIFESAVER as we forgot ours.) The living room chairs were good except for the “hideaway bed” loveseat which needs new top cushions because it was uncomfortable to sit upon. It is an older building so no elevator (It is only 2 stories). Also, no air conditioning nor thermostat to control the heat (we slept with the window open). Needs some minor items: replace burned-out bulbs, On/Off on TV remote not working (button on TV), Fix bathroom hot water leak, bath mat (it was a bit slippery), washcloths, grab bars in the tub. It was also good to have the petrol convenience store next door for missing or snack items. Overall a good value for a good stay; we will be back.

Excellent property. Easy on and off the interstate. A little outdated but does not hurt the clean rooms. Highly recommend.

I really don't understand why this motel gets so many one star reviews. Yes, the decour is dated, and has seen some use over the years. However, you get a very large room with a fully equiped kitchenette, all the appliances work like they are suposed to, the staff is very friendly and most important, it is very clean. Banff is a 15 minute drive away. Don't give it a one star, it the place doesn't deserve it. What do you expect in this price range?
