This Hotel is in an ideal location very near the train station, the sea, the high end shops, the Marche Forville, Le Suquet Old Town and the many super restaurants. The lady who greeted me on arrival and departure was very warm, friendly and helpful and I was given an upgraded superior room which was a nice surprise. The staff are very nice at this hotel. It was easy to get a good night's sleep and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The personal was very rude when I tried to call and make a reservation. I called twice to tell them that they did not reply to my email and their response was “Oh, i see your email and will reply right now”. They never did. Great way to attract clients. :)

This reasonably priced hotel (by Cannes standards) is well located only a few streets from the front. Cannes is an expensive city and we arrived only the day before Bastille Day and so the Univers was a bit of a find. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the balcony was large with a view over the city's rooftops and the sea beyond. The hotel is quite difficult to find and parking anywhere nearby is impossible, though there's a space outside for unloading and reloading your luggage.

We were not happy with this hotel- Pros- great location-staff are wonderful and do their best. Cons, terribly small rooms, have to ask for a kettle, beds super hard, same with the pillows. Very noisy and we were on the 5th floor. I would never recommend this place to friends or family and certainly wouldn’t return.

Excellent hotel. Simply and basic room and small, but supplied every things that you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prime location, located on the main shopping street (Antib), 5 minutes walking from the old city and 2 minutes from the sea. Very good and fair parking solution (paid) We where so satisfied that we came back for another night. Great value for money. If you want to see Canne this is the place to stay.

Amazing staff, Natalia welcomed us and was very professional, great view and really close to all amenities. Very close to the beach and 100 metres from the train station. The rooms are of high quality and serviced daily. If you are coming to Cannes I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location: close to the beach, the Palais,, the Old Town. Clean and nice rooms. Extremely nice and kind staff. Everyone greets you and smiles. We were particularly delighted, that's why this year we will be there for the second time, in September.

Très bel hôtel, avec un emplacement parfait en plein cœur de la ville, nous avons pu tout faire à pied . Le sourire et la gentillesse des équipes était très agréable, madame la directrice est adorable attentionnée et très aimable, les chambres belles et pratiques le lit est plus que confortable ainsi que la propreté de l’établissement . Merci d’avoir rendu notre premier séjour à cannes si agréable moi et ma fille de 9 ans .
