The hotel was simply splendid! Nestled in the heart of city ,The rooms were luxurious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was a gastronomic delight. A truly unforgettable experience! And of course The staff at the hotel were truly the heart of our stay. They were always smiling, eager to assist, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine care added a personal touch to our experience."

Had a 1st floor garden view room, very nice sized room, very comfy bed, very smart modern bathroom, clean room, bathroom and hotel. Great staff especially the wonderful helpful Marina. Breakfast was buffett and very pleasant and more than adequate options for a smaller sized hotel. The location is no more than 200 meters from the beach/ the Cannes boardwalk. Great small friendly hotel. Not a big chain hotel and perfect French feel to it, Will go back for sure. Its about a 18 euro taxi ride from the bus and train station.

Staff were friendly and room was available earlier than expected. Communications before the trip as we needed one room to be a twin were easy and quick. Nothing that that hotel can control but by the afternoon, most of the sun loungers are in the shade (August). Bonus - the products in the room are L'Occitane, and they even provide conditioner! Pretty quiet location until a train goes by but you soon get used to the infrequent passing. There are two supermarkets near by for supplies too, and it's a short walk to the promenade.

Lovely little hotel at the beginning of the Croisette, within a minute to the beach. I got an upgrade to a room with a terrace that lead right to the swimming pool. I was also very lucky to find a parking space right in front. But what absolutely overwhelmed me was the friendliness of the staff. A special thanks to Virginie and Florant who even doggy-sat my little Pom who didn’t want to go out in the heat. I definitely look forward to coming back! Loved it ❤️

This hotel is in a great location in Cannes - a short walk to the beautiful beach and regular bus service in/out of old town. The staff are very hospitable, in particular Florent who was extremely helpful. Merci.

The Villa Cannes Croisette is really a little Oasis in the middle of Cannes. The rooms are very spacious and the common areas super comfy and cosy. Loved the little garden by the pool. Will defnitley come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cannes. A big thank you to the GM Florent, who's alaways availble to answer all your inqueries.

Small boutique hotel close to the beach. Nice, clean rooms with a beautiful garden and relaxing pool.

Everything was good, unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours and the sounds travelled very easily. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great.
