# ⚠️ 絶対に避けてください: カンヌのル・フロリアン - おとり商法詐欺、危険な状態、家族の休暇を台無しにしました **評価: ⭐ (1/5 つ星)** **この場所を予約しないでください - 警告しました!** カンヌのル・フロリアンで私たちが経験した悪夢から他の家族を救うために、このレビューを書いています。夫と7歳の子供との5泊の家族旅行として始まったものが、すぐに私たちを泣かせ、貴重な休暇の2日間を台無しにする大惨事になりました。 ## おとり商法詐欺 ホテルの部屋を予約して料金を支払ったにもかかわらず、到着時に「空室がありません」と言われ、通りの向かいにある汚いアパートに強制的に入れられました。受付係はこの大きな間違いに全く動揺していないようでした。これは間違いなく、予約を断らないための彼らの標準的なやり方だからでしょう。 ## 危険で居住不可能な環境 このアパートは、特に子供がいると、危険そのものでした。 - **セキュリティなし**: 建物のドアは誰でも入れるように大きく開け放たれていました。 - **露出した電気の危険**: ベッドのすぐそばにカバーのないヒューズボックスがありました。 - **壊れた電化製品**: 「使用しないでください」と表示されているヘアドライヤーは安全上の問題があります。 - **構造上の危険**: ひび割れてカビの生えたシャワーのタイルで怪我をする恐れがあります。 - **火災の危険**: タバコの煙の臭いが各部屋に充満し、通気口からも臭いがします。 ## 非常に不快な居住環境 - 部屋に通じる汚くて臭い廊下 - 適切な窓覆いではなく、汚れた透明なネットの「カーテン」 - シャッターと窓に何年も汚れが付着 - 不安定で崩れかけた家具 - 前の宿泊客が使用した消毒されていないシャワーカーテン - 適切な照明がない(電球が壊れている) - 全身鏡がなく、既存の鏡は使用するには高すぎる位置に取り付けられています。 アパート全体に煙の悪臭が漂っていました。 ## 睡眠ゼロ、騒音最大 カーテンがないため、部屋は一晩中明るかったです。さらに、階下のレストランからの騒音が午前2時まで続き、午前5時からは配送トラックとスタッフの騒音が続き、ほとんど眠れませんでした。 ## スタッフの態度：ひどい 懸念事項について話そうとすると、年配のオーナーに嘲笑されました。別のスタッフは「カンヌにいるんだからイライラするなんてありえない」と上から目線で言い、私たちの正当な安全上の懸念を「ちょっとした問題に過ぎない」と片付けました。責任感も顧客サービスも全くありませんでした。 ## その後 ひどい一夜を過ごした後、最終的にホテル・デ・コングレ・エ・フェスティバルに移されましたが、ダメージは既にありました。荷物の運搬も手伝ってくれず、善意の示しも一切なく、家族の休暇を台無しにすることに全く無関心でした。 ## 最終評決 ここは住むに値しません。最悪の敵でもここに住ませるつもりはありません。まともな宿泊施設というより、ホームレスシェルターに近いです。唯一の利点はビーチに近いことですが、安全で衛生的ではない環境で滞在するとなると、その利点は意味がありません。**お金、安全、そして精神衛生を守るために、カンヌの他の場所を予約しましょう。** *もしあなたに何か基準があるなら、ここには泊まらないでしょう。*

ビーチからすぐ近く、カンヌの美しい通り沿いにある、とてもよく管理されたホテルです。通常の午後2時のチェックインよりかなり早く到着しましたが、温かい歓迎を受け、部屋はすでに用意されていると言われました。スタッフは素晴らしかったです。部屋は大変快適で、とても清潔でした。窓からは賑やかなナイトスポットの一つが見えましたが、騒音はそれほど気になりませんでした。この小さなホテルがとても気に入りました。また必ず利用します。5つ星レビュー

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Florian. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. We enjoyed the breakfasts of big croissants, pains au chocolat and baguette with jam and butter. Excellent location near the sea, the shops and the restaurants and the train station.

Wow this small hotel is absolutely amazing the location is unbelievable and the room is small but absolutely beautiful everything is 4 stars . I wouldn't hesitate to return especially at the rate of 47 euros a night in Nov absolutely incredible.

Wow! This hotel was absolutely amazing and one of the best on our whole Europe trip. It is a family run hotel so we appreciated that the staff were always so helpful in telling us what to do & where to go. Always someone on the front desk and they suggested the most amazing seafood restaurant to us one night and an Italian restaurant for the next night. The room we had must have been recently renovated as the bathroom was new & interior looked new! We were on the top floor with an incredible view over the shops/restaurants below and could even see the ocean from our balcony. Perfect to sit out there with a drink so ask for room #20 if you stay here!!! The hotel also has an elevator which can be hard to find in Europe so that was a bonus. And LOCATION!!! Can walk to everything. The only thing we could fault was that the bed was not the most comfortable, but for what we paid we were absolutely blown away by this hotel and cannot fault it. I have been recommending it to all family & friends! We will stay here again in a heart beat.

I love this hotel - and have been coming here year on year! It is exactly what I want from a small family hotel - modern clean rooms. Great friendly welcome and excellent value for money. The rooms are small but efficient with a great walk in shower. The location at the heart of Cannes is amazing. When you spend most of your time on the beach or exploring this is all I need to relax and recover before a night under the stars of Cannes. I will definitively keep coming back!

Hôtel très bien situé (gare, mer, commerces, restaurants tout est à proximité), accueil super. Si vous voulez le grand calme ça n’est pas l’idéal (vous êtes en plein centre, il y a les inconvénients qui vont avec les avantages) mais rien de rédhibitoire, le double vitrage fait bien son travail. Une bonne adresse, propre, agréable, humaine et encore abordable !

Toujours très bien reçus, les hôteliers sont charmants, la chambre agréable et propre, pour un prix vraiment abordable. On s’y sent bien et on adore y venir régulièrement. Merci à l’équipe !

Très bon accueil du personnel sympathique et toujours disponible. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Le studio de notre séjour n’etait pas de première fraîcheur, notamment les parties communes d’un autre âge. On recommande l’hôtel avec chambres donnant dans la cour, plus calme. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Chambre un peu ancienne mais propre et équipée de façon standard. La notre avait une kitchenette, bien pratique. Manque d'isolation acoustique (immeuble ancien). Très bon accueil et personnel très sympathique. Attention pas de parking. Hôtel pratique du fait de son emplacement.
