The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Rooms were clean, big and spacious, staff was extremely friendly and the spa was one of the best part. Town is only 15min to santander and the beach and but there is many restaurants and things to do around the area. We’ll definitely come back again .

Everything about this property was first-class and buffet dinner good too. Would recommend

Very handy to the ferry port at Santander. (A 20 minutedrive). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We used the free Spa which was good. The evening meal was a buffet, which was pretty standard but the breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs cooked freshly for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy location to arrive at whether coming off the Santander Ferry or travelling by road from France. Staff extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable, meals good value food tasty. Spa facilities whilst a little dated are good and normally it is not too busy. Children in the pool can be noisy but thats life.

Very nice hotel, only 15 mins to Santander downtown. Our room was very big and clean, with spacious bathroom and a big wardrobe. It was very quiet and with nice style and view. The bed was very comfortable too. We were really surprised. The hotel has a destination charger of Porsche, so we could use it to charge our electric car, the price of the charge is 6€. Everything of our two nights stay was perfect.

It was a very well presented hotel but the air conditioning plant was near to the window could or done with placing it elsewhere but nice place apart from that 👍
