可能是那天入住時已接近晚上10點，自助入住，按攜程發來的一道密碼，找到房間🔑，再密碼，感覺有點探險，一個人的話，最好天亮時入住。花園蠻大，也精心佈置過，就是房間內桌子太小，用電腦都攤不開，衞生間也小。總體乾淨。

最近オープンしたレストランについてレビューを書かなければならないと感じました。サービスも食事も最高でした。チミチュリソースのグリルしたリブアイステーキをマッシュポテトの上に盛り付け、ハニーガーリックでローストしたニンジンとパルマハムで巻いたグリルしたアスパラガスを楽しみました。このすべてが 24 ポンドで、とてもお得です。また必ず食べに来ます !

No hot water. Fridge so loud that you must turn off at night to sleep. Automatic stair light that turns on in the night and wakes you up. Staff did not answer the phone. Avoid. Complete waste of money. Left half way through booking.

Good standard, clean rooms and a nice backyard for evening relax. Polite, helpful and service minded staff. Good English breakfast

We so enjoyed our stay at the Black Horse Inn. It was an easy walk to the cathedral and the car park at the train station. Our room was small but charming. We had two double doors that opened onto the garden. The breakfast was very good and the staff so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there in the future.

AVOID this Place !!! Very very bad service, we got problems about Heater not working, very cold in the winter time . the manger ignored the problem, didn’t want to answer messages or call, had chanced to talk to owner , she told her staff not to get involved. Disgusting We booked 3 nights, stayed only one night , It’s terrible

On the edge of town. A bit of a hike from the train station and even farther from the Cathedral. Room size was ok. Very small bathroom. Not an issue with us; but may prove a problem with a large (oversized person). Room was very warm and bed smaller than we are used too. Although we paid for two nights, we left after one to a Hilton to be closer to town. Breakfast was fine.

Had a wonderful stay at the Black Horse Inn. Located in a very central and peaceful area with well organised and instructed guide for self-check in and check out. Breakfast was included in the room price and you could choose between continental and freshly made English breakfast. Amazing service and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend, especially to females looking for a safe place to stay in Canterbury city centre.

The plus side: very friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast with varied including vegan options, nice breakfast room and garden. The location was handy for many of the local sights. The downsides: very narrow stairs made transporting even a modest amount of luggage awkward. Bathroom light only worked when the fan was on (separate switch - which was hidden above the door). Cold water tap ran hot for several minutes and the temperature of the hot tap water varied from tepid to painful. Also, the bathroom roof window - the only window in that tiny space - did not open, making it impossible for a person of normal height to shower standing up (told you it was tiny). In all, passable for a day or two. Would not recommend for a longer stay.

Very well appointed, comfortable and easy short walk from the station and the historic centre. Booking was simple, email instructions were very good and made our late arrival and access to our room very easy. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and staff were very friendly. Couldn’t fault it for comfort and character and will be recommending it to friends.

Quirky little B&B which was unexpected last minute find Perfectly located for walking into town centre with plenty of places to eat and drink Small room but very clean and tidy Bed was a little bit springy Definitely recommended for a short stay

We stayed for the weekend, me and my friend, for her birthday . Great location just outside the town centre . The room was spotless . shower, not so good, but did the job breakfast wasn't the best, but it was OK. I have had a lot worse . We had a problem with our booking due to *********** not the b&b fault, and the young guy sorted for us with minimal fuss. All in all, we had a lovely stay

Four of us stayed in two rooms here as we were visiting the Christmas Market. We found it perfectly situated for everywhere we wanted to go. The Manager was very friendly and helpful on arrival and the rooms were comfortable. The shower/ bathroom was clean and well maintained, if a little tight, but overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely, well cooked breakfast, although, it was very busy and the poor waitress was run off her feet trying to cope with everything, we ended up having to find our own cups, saucers and cutlery from the sideboard, still, a minor inconvenience. So, all in all, a nice stay at a reasonable price. We shall be returning again. Thank you to all involved.
