When i booked the property on *******, it also populated my calendar on my iPhone. When it was time to check in, I went to the calendar and clicked the property where it took me to maps to navigate my way to the hotel. The maps link took me 20 miles in another direction with an incorrect address. I called the hotel and they were very helpful to get me to the correct location. That needs to be fixed in your setup.

This was an older property but our room had been updated. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Older hotel, but we have stayed here many times through the years. The beds were good and the shower was superb...Lots of water pressure and great towels. Staff is nice.

We went in the off season, so it was quiet. But is high on a hill, I think it would be quiet all year round. They state breakfast. It is a continental breakfast. If you like toasted bread w/butter, jelly, cream cheese etc. And plastic muffins and donuts. Coffee machine was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoy your stay.

The road to the hotel is in poor condition, rooms are outdated and the walls are paper thin. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. If you want a cheap place to rest this is your place just brings ear plugs and plan to go out for breakfast.

This is the third time we've stayed at the Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn in Waynesville while visiting family. The hotel rooms are very clean, large and updated modern. The beds are a little soft, but comfy enough. The front office staff are very personable and helpful. The lobby isn't very big, nor is there a lot of seating for the dining area, but they do offer a continental breakfast with the room stay. The location is okay; it's convenient to a Walmart if needed. Otherwise, there's a little drive into town and other restaurants and shops. It sits atop a hill (or small mountain), and the scenery is pretty. It's not difficult to locate or get to. It tends to be fairly quiet even though it's close to the interstate - especially if you get a room in back and quiet neighbors. I would still bring a white noise maker if you're sensitive to highway, vehicle or neighbor noise. All in all, it's not a super fancy hotel with a zillion amenities, but it's a very nice, clean hotel.

The Best Western in Waynesville is in desperate need of a remodel. The mattresses had two permanent indentations (giving the impression that two people slept in it minutes before). The carpet is dingy and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. My daughter said the Inn (more like a motel) seemed like something you would see in a horror movie.

The property was very well kept, the staff was very pleasant and the room was extremely clean and well stocked. We had no problems at this location.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed! Exceptionally clean down to the nooks and crannies and all the corners.
