1. The hotel and amenities (pools), greenery, long beach just in front, kids club and animation (Mario!), evening shows - are great assets and advantages. Also what was really fantastic and outstanding compared to other ALL Inc 4 stars hotels - was food. The regular buffets were really diversified, and for demanding eater - absolutelly satisfying (fresh tasty fruits). Perhaps fresh vegetables requires some more attention! 2. The opinion is not higher as there are substantial issues to be improved: - rooms isolation - poor as you hear neighbours, but the worse is moving furnitures by the neighbours (located on the sides/up and down) - ie. beds and tables, which have no attachments below the legs what makes maneuvering really loud! At least attaching protection below the legs of furniture would allow to avoid part of the noise! - we were shocked at the arrival with dirt in the indoor pool and jacuzzi (having in mind bad weather - it wa to be used especially by kids!) - COLD WATER in ALL outdoor swimmingpools, including the ones for kids. The hotel boasts about being 100% sustainable and green energy - warming up water a bit before high season would be really recommended. Water was very cold end of April. - part of the beach in front of the hotel is quite narrow compared to other its parts (it’s a long and beautiful beach)- it’s a pitty hotel offers no reclainers for its guests, there are only available additionally paid for - access to restaurants impossible- they have no availability on APP and when you go to restaurant the communication is strange - despite not all tables are taken, usually they say nothing is available but on reception seems they have different information on availability (canceled reservations) - communication of reception - they are nice and smiley but when there are some issues to be solved - don’t solve them (just keep appearances) - don’t loose your things in common areas - you will not get them back - in the general buffets - waiters take away plates form the table too fast (without checking if guest wants to finish the plate), I would recommend less speed on this, guest are on holidays - commercial ice cream. It would be a great advantage to have more artisanal ice cream in ice cream bar

Loly the manager is absolutely amazing!!!!! So happy all the time and helpful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Just like all the stuff!!! The buffet is delicious as are the a la carte restaurants! Live band in the Spanish corner The beach so beautiful!!! All and all love our stay! Kids areas are super!

Great hotel, special mention to Kurt on check in. Tolo in Spanish restaurant. Both super helpful and of course Sergio front of house. But all staff smiling and helpful. Only 4 stars due to the challenge of getting reservations in restaurants. Hotel clean and well appointed

We have just returned from a week’s stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We had a fantastic week and the staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. It’s had a recent refurb and looks very classy. Lots to do, loads and loads of sun beds, roof top terraces and a gorgeous beach within a few minutes walk. The room was very clean, really nice bathroom and a balcony with a lovely view. Loved the fact your room key is on your wrist, so much better than a card, or key. The yoga and fitness lady (Katie I think) was amazing. The entertainment was very good, circus acts and a rock opera which was incredible. The food was very nice, lots to choose from. I really can’t fault this hotel, book now! 😊

Fantastic family holiday! Amazing activities for kids, daily entertainment, lots of ice cream and staff were lovely and very welcoming! Room was clean, great choices for food! Easy access to a stunning beach.. We shall definitely come back!

The food was really good, staff were friendly, location is great and they cater so well to the kids. Beach is so great, they have so many activities for everyone. There was a slight issue with the room and they attended to that asap. Will definitely come again!

A great property to spend time with family. We are a family of 4 including 2 kids(age 10 and 3) travelled during Easter break at the end of March-2024. We had excellent time at the property and my family liked it so much that we extended our stay by 2 more nights. Property has certainly beaten our expectations and service provided by staff was exceptional. We travelled to celerate my son`s 3rd birthday. Mila from customer service and Mar from Star Kids camp made the celebration extra special. They have organized for a cake, star fish mascot, decorated the table with a card, t-shirt as goody and all the kids at the star camp were part of the celebration. Special thanks to these two gentleman. There is an opportunity to improve in the bar section in terms of having some finger food options, more snacks and inclusion of some premium spirits in to the mix along with inclusion of more vegeterian/asian cusine options in the buffet. Overall the food section was great. Our experience with specialty restaurants of Mexican was good and was ok ok at the Spanish one(due to limited vegetarian options), buffet was pretty decent. Staff were very pleasant and always smiling. Our asks were accommodated as much as possible with great patience. Rooms were maintained well with nice, minimalstic decor. Whilst the property is far from Palma city and taxi commute is expensive, certainly a great place to spend time with family in a calm environment. Do note that Tui organizes trips and they do pick up from this hotel as well. We were able to do a day trip through them with pick up and drop from hotel (Island tour of Tui. certain recommendation). There are good number of activities for kids and would have loved to see a few more in the mix. I was told that activities are 3 times more during summers. overall a good choice of stay with kids.

Absolutely superb holiday and brilliant for families, (our daughter was 2 1/2 at the time of our stay). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the food and the total relaxation. There are areas for improvement but it feels like they’re on these things. Some issues around booking the restaurants and staffing of the restaurants but overall it was a lovely experience. Credit to the staff as it’s always spotlessly clean. Even the grumpy BBQ chef didn’t put us off! 😅 They could do with a bicycle storage area like most other hotels in Mallorca. I’m sure that’s an easy fix. We would definitely return and book again, highly recommended.

Our family of 4 went and it was the perfect vacation. Kids absolutely loved all of the playgrounds and kids friendly activities. So clean and great staff.
