We stayed there for 3 nights and had a great experience! Room was spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Food was very good and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Gorgeous George Hotel was the perfect stop to end our honeymoon. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. If there is an event at the restaurant, it can be heard in your room but the earplugs helped with the noise.

This hotel is top notch. It is cute and unique. Every detail of the decor and amenities is perfection. The art all around, the snacks, the pool area, rooftop bar, even the stairs. The food is great, the drinks are amazing, the rooms are large and comfortable. It has anything you may need. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The price is perfectly reasonable considering the amazing breakfast was also included. It is in the city center, close to everything. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Love this hotel. It's like being on a film set with great decor and atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and super-helpful. Breakfast is great and I recommend the avo, poached eggs, bacon and sourdough toast. Delicious. We also had dinner in the hotel one night which was very good. I would say, be aware that this is in the city centre of cape Town. Brilliant during the day as you can walk everywhere from here but better to Uber at night. The doormen, especially Erin were great at helping us to feel totally secure.

The property is apparently owned by a German … but the interior was designed by a South African and it shows. Beautiful touches of Cape Town art and detail adorns this small boutique hotel. It has a beautiful roof top bar and decor with decent food and drinks. The spacious rooms were designed in what I would call South African QT / W hotel vibes which I adore. The hotel is difficult to access by car but they offer a free valet / parking service… you have to drive onto the pedestrian path / mall in front of the hotel. The area around the hotel may not feel so safe at night… it is in the CBD / down town area after all.
