This is a great small hotel to base yourself to explore Cape Town. We stayed for two days after arriving from the UK. There is very limited customer parking. The small pool and garden is lovely accessed via some steep steps. The staff are excellent and very keen to help. We had a surprise birthday cake a bottle of wine as it was my wife’s birthday. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a cooked option. The rooms are small but well designed. When we stayed there was major construction going on right next door but we were out most of the time it was going on. Also the Load Sharing meant that the electricity went off for two hours in the early evening. However, the hotel gives you a large LED torch so you can get around in the dark. They do not do evening meals but there are a few burger places close by and the main tourist are is a short Uber ride away. They arranged a massage for us at a local sister hotel which was cheap but perfect after the long flight.

This is a fantastic option for your time in Cape Town! Lots of great food options nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable!

This boutique hotel is really lovely. Situated a short walk from the V&A and other attractions so very hand for getting around. The hotel is spotless and the staff are really helpful and very friendly. We found Faye to be so accommodating, nothing was too much. The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented. The roof terrace is a great place to hang out. Love the fact they are looking to be more sustainable too. Thank you for a truly super stay. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, Manager Natalie and Guest Relations person Faye warmly welcomed us, ensuring we felt at home. Natalie guided us through the hotel, showing us to our room, where we enjoyed a delicious welcome drink. The attention to detail and hospitality of the staff, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, made our stay truly memorable. We particularly enjoyed exploring the pool area, where my husband received surprise birthday cupcakes and a bottle of wine. While we declined the wine, the cupcakes and the daily complimentary cake, a delightful passionfruit treat, added a sweet touch to our experience. Faye’s kindness by the pool ensured we captured memorable moments, and Manager Yassien made sure our departure was smooth. We are grateful for the exceptional service provided by Natalie, Yassien, and the entire team at Zest Boutique Hotel.

Hotel was great, great location for V&A Waterfront, staff were great and very attentive, clean and tidy, nice outside pool. While we were there building work next door was quite noisy when you were out by the pool

What a thing it was to stay at Zest Boutique Hotel. Our first time in Cape Town. The hotel was small, well located, oh so clean and friendly. All staff members took great care of us and it suited our needs exactly. Special thanks to Fay on the front desk.

We loved staying at Zest! Great Location, walking distance to de V&A waterfront, modern, clean rooms, the bed was very comfortable, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had! But most of all the staff was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful throughout our whole stay! Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we go back to Capetown!

The hotel did not mention heavy construction and after my complaint with the staff i was not compensated. Could not relax at all since construction went on from 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening.
