グランデ クルーフ ブティック ホテル(Grande Kloof Boutique)

This is one of the best places to stay in Sea Point. The accommodation is great, it is so central. As opposed to staying in a high-rise hotel, Grande Kloof boutique has the most fantastic gardens and pool area that are an experience of their own. Best value for money, the owner is involved in the day to day running and offers great personalised service.

Restaurant needs a total overhaul. Some staff exceptional , Bonny and Lisa , rest are unfriendly. Parking is a major problem. Really enjoyed our stay , Room we had was very spacious , clean ,comfortable and ideal for a couple.

Horrible! Dirty! Cleaning is bad. Also outside. I asked for some extra glasses at the bar and even this glasses were not clean. Nothing like the pictures on social media. Everything is broken and old. We left immediately. They said that they would close appartement 203 for renovation. Just some paint won’t do it. There are much better places to find!

Beautifull place to just hang out and chill on d garden. Rooms was spacious two bathrooms a plus since I traveled with girls who fight to be in the bathroom lol.braai facilities on parvand d fire pit was awsome and the swimming pool was awsome too as well as the jacuzzi. Money well spent

Wow what a positive first class experience from the moment I arrived for my weeks stay Bonny and Miriam along with Alec went out of there way to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed . My room was spotless and all the bed linen pillows towels sheets etc were of an exceptional quality. My wonderful fruit salad yoghurt honey and museli breakfast set me up every day till I returned for dinner and if I fancied some alternative food Miriam helped me order sushi or Chinese takeaway . A big thank you to Grande Kloofe from this elderly old chap for making my stay in Capetown so special .. I’ll definatley be back !

There is insufficient parking facilities and I had to park in other's cars way and told reception to call me if anyone needed to go out. Furthermore there is a steep walkway to get to the rooms - not practical when moving around with luggage, and nobody helps you with the bags. My room was the first above reception, so i could hear every conversation and yawn in my room. Not a peaceful sleep with TV downstairs on as well. Lastly, I booked this hotel as they confirmed they can do a vegan breakfast, when I came down for breakfast nobody knew what I was talking about and they told me they don't cater for vegans. They couldn't make me a coffee either. They then put something together for me and arranged almond milk but the whole thing was very unprofessionally dealt with. Will not stay here again, and will not recommend to anyone.

Please train your staff on customer experience and hospitality. If the house keeping staff has better etiquette than the front of house staff then be concerned. This is a great place the staff just needs a brush up. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence

Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Thank you Bonnie for all your help and Miriam for “making it all happen”. Ramp to upper floor could do with more non-slip *****s. Convenient diner with friendly service. Staff attentive and helpful

I personally chose the grande kloof for its cozy aesthetics and its location in sea point. At our arrival we were welcomed by their friendly staff especially the hostess Muriel and Deidre who catered to our extra needs. The place is clean, safe and has almost everything you need at close proximity.
