ザ レジデンシズ アット クリスタル タワーズ(The Residences at Crystal Towers)

The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Services was amazing, hotel is clean and it’s close to the airport and shopping centre.

соотношение цена качество на очень хорошем уровне всем советую - большая комната, красивый интерьер, отличная локация, сервис. очень хороший район. - номера немного требуют легкого ремонта, тк варочная панель и некоторая мебель была с небольшими повреждениями. но вся техника работает. оставили на кухне упаковку от еды, утром там нашли таракана. в общем остались только хорошие впечатления

We stayed for one night and it was OK for that, but I am not sure that I would want to stay in the Studio appartments for much longer than two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was only a handtowel, because the laundry was not back, at 1530? In a Mariott? If we had not caught Housekeeping they would not have let us have any towels for a shower. No shower mat was supplied The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so old that they were almost flat. There were no bedside tables which we found annoying. I was close to the kitchen table, Jill had nothing to put her water glass and book on. There was not a phone charging point, which in 2024, is sort of expected for the standard of hotel this is. Tea and sugar is provided, but there were no milk sachets. Was this because Housekeeping had run out, or was it because they do not provide? Two or three long life milk sachets would not break their bank or they could add R20 to their charges to cover The Studios were great for a one or two nights stay, as they are well positioned, but I would not want to stay longer. Buffet breakfast was varied, well stocked, and efficient: well worth the R290 as it was a meal and a half. A la carte is also available. Staff were friendly and very helpful

The service from the staff is amazing. The location is awesome. The bed in 407 needs to be replaced and have enough cups, seems like a small thing but irritating that we had to go buy an extra coffee mug.

I would not even recommend this place to my enemies. Things go missing in the rooms and it’s just not found. The front desk is totally understaffed with almost always only one person to attend to customers. The amenities in the rooms are pathetic

Really great experience again, 4th time staying same venue as part of work trips. Very friendly staff, cleaners, specially the reception team. All my residence rooms stayed had everything you need to work, relax, cook. Hotel & surroundings were nice & tidy well maintained.

As a spacious three-bedroom apartment with four guests, we only were given one access remote to the block and boom gate - this made it very inconvenient for our family especially travelling with two elderly parents. The nature of our trip did was such that we were not always coming and going together. Missing items for the kitchen were never supplied on request.
