The staff especially Solomon and his team including the concierge were very accommodating.they catered for all our needs seeing that we were well feed before and after our two oceans marathon.they have a huge breakfast spread catering for all needs.hope to come again and get spoilt by the whole team

I had an excellent positive experience with Manfred , Davy , lunga and Maxine and rock. The level of professionalism of thes staff on my first trip to cape town was very friendly and top notch , from the reception to service in the rooms . The views of the rooms , cleanliness and meal’s absolutely stunning .

Greatest welcome received from Manfred, Sino and David. Its my 1st day at the hotel today and never have I received such a great welcome. This is a serious five star welcome. I was greeted by big smiles, champagne and welcoming words. Im looking forward to the next 4days.

Wonderful 4 nights in a simple but comfortable room towards the beautiful mountains of Capetown. Fabulous staff all over from Check in to breakfast. Dolphins playing in the bay while having champagne @ Brkfst, where else can you have that. Great location, shuttle to city, great gym and easy to go anywhere

5 stars for the location… 5 stars for the food… 5 MILLION stars for the staff! We travelled to South Africa for 2 weeks staying at several places across the country and the Radisson Blu on the waterfront in Cape Town is by FAR the best! (We stayed at The Oyster Box in Durban and this hotel blew that stay out of the water!). The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is divine, and the staff is world class! Special shout out to Pam (front desk), Karabo (concierge), Yusuf (manager), and last - but certainly not least, Riendewaan (driver). We were on our way to Boulders beach, prepared to take an Uber and Karabo suggested we use one of their drivers. It was a last minute idea and Yusuf assisted with the arrangement ensuring that everything was seamless as if it was always planned. Riendewaan is the sweetest, most professional individual acting as a supreme tour guide as he drove us around the peninsula. Note to the ladies - he is also a phenomenal photographer and made sure I looked fire on all of our pictures! There is NO question to where we will stay on future trips, and everyone should take heed! If you want a magical trip in Cape Town, you must stay at The Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel. You won’t regret it!

Staying at the Radisson Blu Waterfront was so amazing. The spectacular breakfast on the patio, watching the Dolphins was incredible! . The beds were like sleeping in a marshmallow! So comfortable! The staff were so friendly, but one person really made our stay memorable. Yonela greeted us daily with a huge smile. He always offered to do more than was asked. He even remembered our names! You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this hotel. Hopefully Yonela is on shift every day of your stay!

From my arrival to departure all staff were great. Chris checked me in at the VIP check in and looked after next the way. The room was spotless just like all restaurant areas. The staff in restaurant and bar were very attentive. Always. The shuttle bus to the Waterfront was alway reliable.

Delicious foods and excellent service from chef Julian ! We had the perfect food and hospitality experience at the Radisson Blu Waterfront in Cape Town i would recommend it to anyone for the perfect location and good time in a good place. Keep it up ! Thanks from Eric.
