We had a booking for 11 to 12 And 12 to 1pm for a massage And then for lunch at 1 at Cuzina. We arrived to see Cuzina no longer existed and then we were told the restaurant closes at 12 and could not accommodate us for lunch at 1. After a series of very unpleasant and unprofessional conversations with the manager Onetime, which we want to report to Hyperli, we were not accommodated. This is the 2nd time this venue has cancelled The first one was for the day of the taxi strike where we were called on the morning of our appointment to.say the venue was closed . Today no prior notice was given and we forfeited our appointments despite braving the stormy weather to arrive for it. I strongly recommend that Hyperli ban the Sugar Hotel and its subsidiaries from further advertising on your portal - they are unprofessional and unaccountable and their customer service and communications are sorely lacking.

ホテルはとても賑やかなウォーターフロントの埠頭にあり、国内にはたくさんのレストランがあります。シーフードや洋食などはとても忙しく、昼も夜もとても賑やかです！ホテルの2階は、スーパーマーケット、衣料品、生活、理髪店、ネイルショップなど、ショッピングモールのウォーターフロントショップモールに直接アクセスできます。ホテルの正面は大西洋で、景色はとても美しいです！海の見える部屋を予約し、毎日6時に床から天井までの窓のカーテンを開けると、大西洋の海岸線から昇る日の出を見ることができ、とても美しいです！

シンプル!南アフリカツアーは壮大に終わりました。美しい大きな部屋、2つの大きな便利なベッド、さらには窓を少し開けることができる(非常に大きなプラス)ので、エアコンをオンにする必要はありません。大きな部屋、エキストラルーム、エキストラルーム、衣類や部屋も利用できます。コーヒーメーカーと水も利用できます。朝食は不足していません、それは素晴らしいです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食に特に注意を払っています。ホテルの遊び場バーと朝食エリア全体が暑くも寒くもありません。 「白」が家全体を流れました。小さなプールと大きなプールは大丈夫です、時間が足りません、水辺まで約20分、とても良い滞在、残念ながら2泊しか残っていません。

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for one night in early March and came back for two more nights. A 10 minute walk from the Waterfront, close to nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable. Very clean and quiet. The best thing though is the staff. So friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The welcome drink, cake of the day and snacks shows they care. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will be back.

So glad I chose this hotel among the varied options for my first visit to Cape Town. Beautiful hotel and great location 3 blocks off the hustle of the city bowl. Nice walk to waterfront. Front desk super helpful. Amazing comfortable bed. I would def stay again. Xtra bonus being able to do a load of laundry.

What an absolute gem this hotel is! Great location a short walk from the main bars, restaurants and the V&A Waterfront. The staff are super professional and friendly. We received a lovely welcome arrival tour and drink from the fabulous Sheila who explained everything in detail. Upon returning to the room on our first night we were delighted to find a bottle of local wine waiting for us which was a lovely gesture! The room is spacious and comfortable with many amenities and a large balcony and the cleaners do a great job of servicing the room daily. The staff here really are so attentive, display great attention to detail and have made our stay here in Cape Town so special. Thank you Tree House for a fantastic stay.
