Capri Tiberio Palace is on a different level when it comes to service, luxury and overall experience. It is a true gem on the magnificent island of Capri. I stayed there for two nights in April and I enjoyed every minute of it! I stayed in room 501 and it was perfect! The huge terrace and every aspect of the room was fabulous. Every singe object and piece of art in the room (and the hotel) was carefully selected and unique. If you appreciate attention to detail, this is the place for you. I want to thank every single member of the staff, especially Martina, the Guest Relations Manager and many many others. Special thanks to Vincenzo, who is technically a bartender but, in reality, an artist of the mixology craft! Let's just say that his Old Fashioned was the best cocktail I have ever had in all my travels. The sauna and the pool were impeccable and I enjoyed using them. The breakfast was amazing. The gentleman (sorry I forget his name) who manages it, remembers your favorite juice and is super helpful. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel in the future!

The view from the room was amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was well accommodated. The breakfast buffet was great. The servers were attentive and there is also a menu you can order from. The bacon was the best we had in Italy. The drinks in Jacky Bar were excellent. The old fashioned and the old fashioned 2.0 were our favorites.

A hotel that upholds " client satisfaction as their motto" Very helpful FO team, Michelle made a mark along with her friends. A very friendly very helpful team indeed. The gracious General Manager, Olivier who looked after all the whims of the guest and make it an even memorable experience in Capri. Definitely reccomended for discerning guest with eyes for details and service.

The hotel was absolutely AMAZING. Myself and my husband would thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel. Every single staff member was so friendly and knowledgeable. Stefano was fantastic from the moment we met him and they were so lovely to us as it was our honeymoon, they could not have done anymore. The breakfast was outstanding and Mohammad was so lovely every morning and remembered all of the special details to make our stay so special and enjoyable. The photos do not do this wonderful place justice.

Great hotel. Have stayed here before in the past. Only thing is concierge and reception seemed to get annoyed with requests, service and quality aren’t as good as what it used to be, waiters kept forgetting our orders and staff had attitude with requests, which then lead to us having to pay for simple things like help with luggage. Was my favourite hotel in Capri but not anymore.

The pool and spa add to the overall relaxation. If you're seeking a luxurious, romantic retreat on Capri, this palace is a must-visit destination.

This hotel may be one of the finest we've every stayed. Superior service, beautiful unique art everywhere. Food was divine. Can't say enough good things about Capri Tiberio Palace. Great convenient location. They every were very helpful in getting our baggage from hydrfoil to hotel

The Tiberio Palace does not disappoint. It’s a beautiful haven in the heart of old Capri. The staff, amenities, food and service are wonderful. I only wish we stayed another night. If you can, splurge for the Bellevue Suite. It has an amazing terrace with a spectacular panoramic view. Special shout out to Mohammed who took good care of us. We look forward to returning some day.
